The outfits I received were absolutely stunning in terms of the designs, the quality and the price. I decided to return the items that did not fit and the returns portal only updates after 24 hours so... See more

Very disappointed with Memsaab this…
Very disappointed with Memsaab this order. Have ordered many women's suits literally last year. This time not impressed at all. Two of the four items, quality not great, size not like before and nothing like the colour advertised for one of them. Kept two of them, however when returning the other two, I had to pay 6.00 pounds for each item, a total loss of twelve pounds for me. How this is justified, I don't know. Both items had to go in separate bags and 6.00 for each to be posted. Never will I be ordering from them again. Return's policy a complete rip off and a lovely money making scam for the company. Think before ordering from this company, please read return's policy first.

I gave five stars as I am very happy…
I gave five stars as I am very happy with Memsaab so far. My experience remained excellent. The customer services Memsaab offers is excellent. I had to exchange the size and they guided me and facilitated me in an outstanding way. The customer service advisor, Ms Urooj has been very kind and cooperative. I really appreciate the way she addressed me "sister".
For improvement, it might be a good idea if the Shalwars are not too small, and leave a margin in-case if it needs alteration.

High prices for low quality garments
The worst dress I could possibly buy for a wedding! Close to £90 with delivery and it falls apart. It came with loose beads and thread and even holes in the fabric. The dress has this horrible chemical odor that doesn’t goes away. They claim they are handmade but clearly they are massively manufactured. Those stitches har made by machines not hands. The price is not worth the product and I got it on sale! It was around £140 full price which is insane! The shop screams scams as they try to place disclaimer so you don’t complain about poor manufacturing, they are all about money and 0 customer service. Appalling!

Shoddy Company - AVOID
Firstly terrible customer service - please tell me, how I'm supposed to know or guess that the back of this outfit is plain and has got no pattern on it. They then had the cheek to send me a picture which has the tiniest amount of the back showing (which could be easily be misconstrued as the dupatta) and circle it to say that is enough evidence the back is plain. The way they send emails and deal with customers who have ordered online is APPALING. They also charge you £6 for each return. Unfortunately I had to order for emergency reasons (bereavement) and did multiple orders - I wish I never bothered. I'm pretty sure it does not cost £6 to send an item back with the post office - so they're making a profit on the postage charge back to customers - Absolutely no ethics at all.
Secondly the outfits are so sheer, they said it could have been to my colouring that's why the outfit was sheer?! It's down to the fabric and it's sheerness - not down to the person wearing it. The quality is not the best - they are thin and cheap.
I'd avoid this company unless you were to physically go in to their store, as it seems those customers have had a positive experience.
Memsaab is an absolute gem for anyone…
Memsaab is an absolute gem for anyone who loves elegant, high-quality ethnic wear. From the moment you step in, you’re greeted with a stunning collection that blends traditional craftsmanship with modern style perfectly. The fabrics are rich, the designs are classy, and every outfit feels thoughtfully curated.
Sameena was amazing and really catered to my individual needs
Moldy and damaged
Odered 3 times - different occasions
Thought could be faulty for once... but
everytime i got damaged clothes or full of mold!
Never gonna buy again!
Charged for return for item that was not fit for purpose
I ordered 2 suits, one for my teenage daughter. The suit for my daughter was made with such a tight head opening that she couldn't even try it on. I measured it and the neck area was extremely small, measuring 4 inches middle neck and 5 inches would be pushing it at the top part of the kameez. I contacted the company who then spent more time arguing that the neck was fine and honestly they could have written another 100 emails just to save the return postage. I gave up as I just dont have the time. The item was not fit for purpose and there was a manufacturers defect. There was no other reason for me to send it back. Poor and out of touch customer service. Not going to buy from this company again. I'm still waiting for my refund minus the refund postage which is more than what they charge for delivering the items...!

Truly saved the day!
I had a great experience with Memsaab. I ordered a dress last-minute for a wedding and when DPD didn’t deliver it on time, the lady at the shop was incredibly helpful and understanding. She contacted DPD straight away and had the delivery reattempted within the hour. The dress arrived just in time, fit perfectly, and looked amazing. In a really stressful moment, their customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend!
Great customer service and a warm…
Great customer service and a warm feeling when entering the store.
I write this with disappointment
I write this with disappointment, as I've bought countless items from Memsaab, and have always had great service. This time, however the item is ordered was an obvious copy. They state that they amend items for the sake of modesty, but the neckline was nothing like the 'photo shown and i struggled to get my head through it. It was also missing a couple of tassels on the dupatta. I was offered £5 as compensation should I wish to keep it, when I complained, I was offered £7. It would have cost over £30, to fix the problems, and their only saving grace is that they sent me a return label and refunded me promptly.
I hope this never happens again.
Customer service is rude and returns cost a lot
Clothing is nice but the customer service is absolutely appalling and returns cost £6.
Wonderful shopping experience!
A great variety of clothes at competitive prices. Amazing service from Smena who has a real passion for clothes and making sure you get what you need to look your best. Returns/exchange process was smooth and efficient. Will definitely shop with them again, loved the fact that they do their bit for charity and were selling their end of line clothes at a hugely discounted price with all proceeds going to charity. Great ethos, great service, great prices and great variety! Nazneen
Ahsan was lovely for my in person…
Ahsan was lovely for my in person shopping experience and would definitely recommend the one to one as you can shop in peace and are given the satisfaction of leaving content with the dress that fits you the way u want 😌
I bought a pre order outfit
I bought a pre order outfit, however I changed my mind and didnt want the dress any longer. I did not read the refund policy properly which states pre order items are nonrefundable. Memsaab did give me a full refund as I notified them within 24 hours. So thank you memsaab for you kind gesture.
Stunning outfit
Stunning outfit, the work was quite heavy and well executed. Colour differed slightly but something to be expected with desi outfits as professional pictures are edited, other than that I’m really happy with my purchase, speedy delivery too!
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
The process was unnecessarily time-consuming and stressful. I expected a smoother return experience. still awaiting refund/compensation
