Excellent customer service!!!'

Bad quality & poor customer service,

I got sent an outfit with glued on buttons with the glue very visible. It looked like they had glued it on before shipping. Customer service was very unhelpful, I was told on the phone they would send me out a brand new suite if I just email with pictures. Once I did they then went back on their word and offered me £5 to keep the suit which did not even cover the delivery. I paid for next day delivery of £7.99 or something around that, so their response below is unsatisfactory.

All in all, will not be ordering from them again and definitely be advising anyone to buy from them.

Item is poor quality

Item is poor quality. Fabric tore very easily even when unworn. No repair or replacement offered when company was contacted. As stated previously in emails, it is made of poor quality fabric and not due to "wear and tear". Item was bought in advance of a wedding in August.

After the initial 30-day period following a purchase, consumers in the UK still have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty goods. I am entitled to a repair or replacement if I find a fault within the first six months of buying the item. The item must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

Memsaab are in breach of contract as I've owned the product between 31 days and 6 months, meaning I am within my statutory rights to ask for it to be repaired or replaced.

If a repair or replacement is unsuccessful, I am entitled to a refund according to the Consumer Rights Act.

Unfortantely for this we can not offer a repair or replacement. Excellent service

Had an appointment today with memsaab…

Had an appointment today with memsaab and it didn't disappoint!! I saw a few suits online and went in to view them. Whole process was made easy by brother soban (hope I spelt it right) who was very helpful and patient. He kept offering us hot/cold drinks 😊 There are plenty of parking spaces. Overall I was happy with the service and my purchase. Thanks

Fantastic customer service!

The outfits I received were absolutely stunning in terms of the designs, the quality and the price. I decided to return the items that did not fit and the returns portal only updates after 24 hours so I had a slight panic! I had a phone call from a lovely lady in customer service today and she explained that the returns can go through now so I have updated my review accordingly. Really pleased with the level of quick communication from customer services. Returns do cost £9.99 as I bought some expensive items but other than that, really well worth the items received. Beautiful, elegant and quality outfits. Based on the customer service and outfits, I would highly recommend!

The suit was lovely

The suit was lovely, unfortunately I ordered large and it was too big/ loose on me and the medium was out of stock. So had to return it, now I'm just waiting for a refund.
