this site is a scam. Orders do not show up and there is no accountability. When an order did arrive, it was the wrong size and all I received was a store credit for 50% of the value of the item - SCAM

Total scam! Do not order here, you receive either nothing or total crap!

Watch out. Criminal gangsters at work. Beautiful pictures, but reality is disgustingly lousy. On top, wrong merchandise sent, however, € 20 return shipping not reimbursed.

I wish I had read these reviews before buying from this company. Lesson learned. Now I am a victim to their scam. I purchased a suede jacket and they sent me a polyester and spandex jacket instead. I am in resolution with paypal and this company as we speak. They did not respond to make another attempt to send me the right item; so I think this is their version of it. This company should not be allowed to sell in the U.S.. Look at all of the bad reviews. Don't walk away. Run from these people and don't look back.

The jacket I received was a very poor imitation of what was pictured in their catalogue. I paid the postage to send it back and asked for a refund, they finally agreed. They did not contact me after they received the jacket and I had to email them. Now they insisted that I may only have a voucher, so I ordered 3 t-shirts. They did not arrive. I emailed them, one came, had to email them again, the second one came, had to email them again (so boring) the third item came and it was the wrong t-shirt. They said I would have to pay postage of $20 to send it back.. Man, I should invoice this company for wasting my time!

Wrong items one response from customer service will not answer my question,I will have to write off as scam

The worst online experience ever.
Two suede jackets ordered-a 'jacket' has been received after two months.
Total crap.Poor material,a very cheap cotton blend,sized for somebody with a hump and the 'jacket' looks like Rupert Bear's trousers!I'm still awaiting a promised refund for the other item ordered.A dispute has been raised with Paypal so we'll see how far that gets me-I'm not optimistic,frankly.
AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS-YOU WILL BE DEFRAUDED.

I ordered 2 nice looking waistcoats and they sent 2 items that looked absolutely nothing like the website picture...
One was a plain beige one that looked like it had a fleece feel and they sent a multi coloured check specimen made out of very thin cheap material that looked like a child's play prop.
When I emailed it them regrading this and to say that I want to return the items, they replied asking why I would like to return them and when I re-replied explaining the above - they have replied back, despite me emailing them again and this was 2 weeks ago.
It's clear that these fellas are major con men...

Disgusting company to deal with. I ordered a jacket and got a cheap crap shirt after waiting weeks for delivery. They offered a voucher in return worth less than 25% of the price, I refused so they offered money back if I shipped item back to China at my own cost. They are sharks and I would advise anyone to keep well away from them.

Ordered two jackets, thought they might just be second hand re price, one supposed to be leather another cotton; they both were made out of polyester and spandex, awful. Will give to charity to use as an extra layer, all they are good for. Lesson learned and please stay away. If I had seen any of the lousy reviews others have given... Pinterest should not allow this company to be advertised.

Easily the worst quality I have ever ordered online. Stay away from these cowards that hide behind and shamelessly rip off legitimate companies!!

Three months since I ordered pullover. Fobbed off with all sorts of excuses.This disgraceful scam operation should be hinted down and prosecuted.

These people are a total scam. I ordered a jacket from them, paying £40.13. They sent the wrong one. I told them of their error and asked them to refund my money or send the right jacket. I told them I would return the unordered item, providing they paid for carriage. We then engaged in a lengthy email exchange during which at no time did they accept responsibility for their mistake, or offer to send the right item, or refund my money, without wrapping conditions about the item they sent that was never asked for. In the end they just stopped writing, leaving me with a hideous jacket I didn't order and a £40.13 hole in my bank account.

Avoid them at any cost. Someone should close them down. Google are you listening?

I ordered 2 waistcoats from Menily.com via the Pinterest app, I thought everything looked good and the photos of fine clothing at bargain prices were just what I was looking for. 9 weeks and 2 e-mails later I received a package with 1 badly stitched waistcoat, missing buttons and a strange smell. I have found the complaints process impossible, the menily website is set up so you cannot contact them, the security captcha section (to verify you are a real person) is illegible and therefore correspondence is non existent. I need to find a way of reporting this scam site and I'm determined to get my money back. Avoid Menily.com at all costs.

Like so many others who thought they had found a deal ..have not received any items and going by what I've read don't expect to now.
Why a legitimate platform would allow companies like this to advertise and prey on others is beyond me! Anything from them now , goes direct to my Spam folder ..so let that be a warning to anybody out there..do not entertain this site. Cannot even contact them for a refund 🤬

Don’t buy anything from this company.The scam is you order from them they send you sub standard products. I ordered a Jacket and received a rubbish jumper nothing like what I ordered. When you complain they offer you a voucher and tell you to keep what they sent. I paid £40, the only options I were given were send back the order, I would have to pay postage and packing. In the end I got a refund of £16. and kept the rubbish jumper.

Ordered shirts with Menily.com. Realised that the sizes (all L) were in fact different for each shirt so asked to change one shirt on the order before it was dispatched. I then realised that there is nowhere on their website to cancel an order, so I emailed them twice to cancel - no response! And the money has been taken from my account but at time of writing still nothing has arrived. RipOff - disgraceful

I ordered 2 items from menily, the items they sent were not even similar to what I ordered and the quality is absolutely awful.Do not use this company they just rip people off
