I ordered this item Online for home delivery and unfortunately the courier was Evri, so my order was thrown over my back fence and on opening it was completely smashed to pieces. So if I had known that Evri was the courier I wouldn’t have ordered.
Smashed to bits - terrible care when posting goods. At least this part was refunded. Guess it has to be smashed to bits to get a refund. Scratched and damaged is seen as suitable.
