I purchased shoes from Menlook.com that were not available in my size in the United States, and the entire procedure was so quick that I had my shoes in a matter of days. And the shoes were still being shipped from France. Fantastic business!

Products were really nice and comfy but they delivered two days late than scheduled

These are wonderful short set and the colors are Popping.. the only thing is that all the outfits run small than they are. The second thing is the small sizes. These should definitely be bigger sizes 5XL and 6XL for true size. 5XL I need 7 sets????

bloody awful dont go near these guys .iv sent 10 emails and they have not replied to 1 .been waiting 4 weeks for jacket now had to go through paypal to get money back

I bought shoes there because of cashback 10% via Topcashback.
I have been unable to get cashback for more than a year now because menlook does not want to pay out Topcashback.
They have a serious financial crisis I think, just have a look at other reviews.

Would give them 0 if I could. They've practically stolen from us. We returned an item - followed the process, received confirmation that we could send the item back. I emailed them the receipt, and the proof from Collect+ that they had received the item - nothing. They have ignored all contact attempts, I suspect they are going under - and doing so without dignity.

Menlook is in serious financial trouble. It has not paid various suppliers and editorial contributors and at the moment i don't see how it will pay paying customers.

I spoke with menlook to arrange to return an item which was the wrong size, they agreed to this, and gave me the details of how/where to return the item.

I posted the item, using royal mail international tracked and signed, and it arrived with menlook 2 weeks later.

After this I received no further communication, the online support ticket was closed and has now disappeared completely, and they do not answer the phone.

They are based in France, not the uk, despite having a uk telephone number and describing themselves as 'menlook uk' via lyst.com.

I bought a jacket from menlook, it was a great price and speedy delivery, however it did not fit. So I sent it back the next day and ordered the correct size (which cost me £40 extra!). This was early February. The return made its way to France and the status of my account says 'refunded'. However I have NOT been refunded. I have contacted the company several times, the last time they bothered to reply they fobbed me off with an excuse that their payment system was down. The last email I sent didn't even get a response. Avoid using this company unless you want lots of hassle and annoyance. I will be taking legal action.

4 months ago I made a large order from Menlook of clothing for my boyfriends christmas presents. One t-shirt did not fit him so I contacted menlook to request to return that particular t-shirt. They seemed happy for me to return the item for a full refund and provided me with a return label but did advise me that a refund make take up to 21 days. It has now been over 3 months since I sent the item back using the provided labels and I have not received a refund or even had acknowledgement of the return from Menlook.

Every time I try to contact Menlook on this matter they do not answer their phone lines and they ignore every email I send them.

Prior to taking my money Menlook seemed very professional and I had no concerns with ordering with them, however as soon as it has come to them giving my money back they have been the complete opposite and impossible to get hold of.

I am now in the process of taking legal action against Menlook in order to retrieve my money back, as they have left me with no other option, as suggested by my bank.

Do not buy from this company. Ordered 2 shirts, one of them didn't fit, so I've sent it back using pre-paid label. Mor than 1 month passed since the package has been returned back to the seller. No refund and they keep ignoring emails, messages on facebook.
Just check their page on facebook, it appears they don't refund anyone back.

menlook.com is down.. I cannot access the website for two weeks...

Got shoes with flaws. Tried contacting CS within returnable time. Received ONLY ONE response and no more while i am still with the faulty shoes

Returns not processed for the past 1 month! Haven't got my money back.

No response of emails sent, and customer call centre not working. Items advertised was misleading.

I placed an order with menlook, I returned a large proportion of the order as the clothes did not fit me, and now I have store credit instead of the requested refund to my card.

I sent a communication months ago to explain what had happened and I still have not received a response.

Avoid buying from this company as the customer service is not available and so if you have any issues you will find it as hard as I am finding it to resolve.

Sent back two items was only refunded for one, try contact customer service but no reply, contacted menlook on twitter, they responded with customer service will contact me asap, this was a week ago. No reply. This smells like fraud.
