I wanted to give a honest review, having now taken the supplement for 6 weeks. I feel my mood is improving and anxiety is lessened. Also hot 🥵 flushes seem to have lessened as well. I do have some mental health issues, but I can honestly say, I feel these supplements are helping. As the menopause has made me feel a lot of discomfort and distress, I take no other medication and I am feeling better in my self and mind 💜

Taking Clarity has helped my menopause…
Taking Clarity has helped my menopause symptoms immensely . I love the ease of only taking one supplement and being a vegan this was a perfect choice for me .
Shortly after taking it I noticed an improvement in my gut health after issues for many years . They understand what women need when going through the menopause. Couldn't get any help from my doctors when I was in a really bad place due to a hysterectomy. Always feel there is someone to talk to if I need it who know what I'm going through

I've been using this for over a year…
I've been using this for over a year now and, as perimenopause symptoms have deepened this has made a noticeable difference to my sleep and anxiety. I take this on top of HRT (which has also been a positive experience for me). I ran out recently, and realised that the symptoms creep back in - while the HRT sorts the brain fog somewhat, these supplements help my sleep and anxiety a lot. Strongly recommend.

At long last I was listened too and I'm not going mad!
Felt I was listened too. Had my medication changed amd I am feeling a lot more positive about things. All the years I have seeked help from GP and all they wanted to do was increase my anti depressants. I knew I wasn't depressed.
