Enquiring about HRT
Hazel was very good and gave me great advice as how to go back to my GP and request to see a menopause specialist which i did and have since had an appointment, I am now having a blood test this week to see what the hormones are doing before I’m given testosterone!

Many thanks for your feedback. For some women it can take a few months until the benefits are seen. We will look at the label issue on the next batch but the containers themselves are small so it is difficult to have especially large writing. However, we have sent you a copy of the label in PDF form which will be easier to read.

Customer Service was just perfect! Absolutely ace. But I can only give a 3 star review because even though you do not hesitate to sell to Spain - you have no system to do so. It was awkward, long and expensive. please consider a Spanish distributor! Your product is very popular here, you please make it easy for us to buy!

Thanks for your feedback. We are in the process of improving our website which will simplify non UK orders as we are receiving a lot of requests from overseas. This will allow for the respective country transport costs to be shown automatically at the time of the order so checkout includes the export costs. We appreciate that it is not currently ideal but rather than not fulfil orders we have a manual system at present. The new system will make it very user friendly.
