I recently had the opportunity to attend a menopause training conducted by the Menopause Experts Group, and overall, I found the experience to be incredibly informative and empowering. The content was well-structured, comprehensive, and backed by the latest research, providing a solid foundation for understanding menopause. The information was presented in simple language and the examples used were relatable. The training resources were well-organized, visually appealing, and served as valuable references beyond the training. I particularly enjoyed the videos towards the end of the training as these made going through the materials easier. I would suggest adding more of these throughout the training. I would recommend this training to anyone who wants to make a difference in their community by helping women going through menopause

Just completed my training to become a Menopause Champion with Menopause Experts. An excellent course and community, with so many additional resources available and support from the MEG Team. Having recently joined the Menopause Experts Group (MEG) I have been extremely impressed with their resources, training program and products. The training program is comprehensive covering all aspects of menopause and extremely useful insights. As a Registered Nurse with prior learning in this field, it was refreshing to learn new knowledge and I appreciated the holistic overview of the content which covers the impact of menopause broadly (socially, physiologically, psychologically)
The content will support me to provide high quality, holistic information and education to my clients and customers. Importantly, MEG provide a wealth of high quality resources to assist in delivering menopause related services and the team are accessible to help with queries. I was particularly impressed with a facilitated Zoom meeting to connect with other MEG Champions in my region (Australia & New Zealand) at the start of my time with MEG. Highly recommended.

Thank you, MEG, for providing such comprehensive resources covering all aspects of perimenopause and menopause. It was great to know that the information was taken from up-to-date sources and from experts in their fields. The E-learning was easy to follow and in bite-size pieces. E-learning is not my chosen learning style, I enjoyed reading the content and loved finding out more information. However, my learning would be more embedded if there was access to audio and PDF's to read at my leisure.
Everyone has been really helpful and supportive. I am looking forward to my year as a Menopause Champion in partnership with MEG

I did some research around becoming a menopause champion before embarking with Menopause Experts Group and have to say am really glad I chose them. They are super friendly and very easy to work with. They are exactly what they say on the tin! The course is really informative and the resources are amazing! You learn at your own pace and there are always people you can ask for clarification. Just inspires you to learn more and share your experiences. Really great people!

It is a very easy course to follow and which summarises in a simple way everything there is to know to face this phase of life in a safe and confident way.

I cannot rate this training highly enough. I was interested in becoming a Menopause Champion as I feel this is a topic that needs to be given a higher profile. From the time I was contacted by Rhonda at Menopause Experts Group (MEG) to the day I became a licensed Menopause Champion, I felt welcomed and supported all the way. The options were explained clearly and I knew immediately that I wanted to do the training as well as have the Menochef recipes as that would give me a holisitic overview to support my future business.
The training material is comprehensive, user friendly and easy to follow. The Community Managers at MEG are quick to support if you have any questions along the way as do the general community of MEG members.
I have learnt an incredible amount about this potentially challenging stage in a woman's life and feel ready to start supporting other women by making sure they have access to this important information and supporting them in this next chapter of their lives.
Even with this aspect, MEG are great at supporting you with branding for your own business and life time access to the learning materials.
If you are someone who simply wants to know more about this stage of life and/or are thinking of becoming a licensed Menopause Champion, then this is the training for you!

The menopause champion course that MEG offered was fantastic! It was well-structured, informative, and had a conversational and personal tone. I am in awe of the founder, Dee Murray! I am excited to embark on starting my business, equipped to provide great education to those in mid-life.

Really enjoyed the Menopause Experts course. Its full of amazing information needed for anyone wanting to help women in the Menopause. The content is easy to follow and implement in your own business. I would recommend that anyone who is working with women in Menopause take the course to give them a full understanding of how to approach their clients.

Amazing, so much helpful information

Thank you for this training it is invaluable, very informative and will be helpful for my onward journey with supporting women going through Menopause.

Every person I've spoken to in MEG has been friendly and highly professional. I attended a workshop last year and it was a fun and productive day. The knowledge imparted was invaluable and in an easy-to-understand way. I was made welcome by everyone. After careful thought and a chat with a lovely licensee, I decided to join myself and so am currently in training. The amount of support and resources is incredible and I can't wait to become fully licensed and to represent MEG to the best of my ability. I am a very proud newbie!

The information in this training has everything you need to truly understand the menopausal journey! It is crucial that this training is shared with like minded women to help them in their symptomatic phase, to help them with diet, exercise, mental health and really get to grips why we feel like we do! It’s so easy to ignore these symptoms and carry on and then feel rubbish and tired without knowing why. Once you are armed with all this knowledge you feel empowered to live a better life! To help your friends and family members and to really get out there and spread awareness whilst helping women worldwide. Why should we suffer, let’s help our men understand what’s going on too and we can only do that if we are aware why we feel like we do, what we can do to help ourselves and to move into the future with ease rather than declining in our physical and mental health!

I highly recommend this training - it is a bargain for all the resources you receive. So glad I bought this xx

The whole course has given me a wealth of knowledge to equip me to be an expert on the topic of menopause. I particularly enjoyed and impressed about the "Psychology & Menopause" section which I find very insightful and essential to understand both personally and how to help other women effectively. I've just completed MEG's Brand Licensee Menopause Program and I'd give it 10 stars if I could! The modules are packed with useful information on pretty much every aspect of menopause and it's all there for me to refer back to at a later date. I am really grateful for this amazing course

I have worked in women's health and wellness for over 16 years helping with the hormone, health, and weight management issues that midlife women struggle with. Having the program and the Menopause Experts license is a fantastic addition to my company and brand.
