Menucha was launched in 2019 by a group of Jewish Women with a personal perspective of postnatal depression and perinatal mental health issues. Menucha is a charity aiming to provide advice and support that empowers Jewish women and their families. We work to improve accessibility to culturally appropriate services, raise awareness, promote understanding and reduce stigma of this issue.
