My experience with Meowtown was a mixed bag, landing somewhere in the middle. I placed an order for a new cat tree and some interactive toys, and while the initial website browsing was straightforward, the delivery took nearly two weeks to arrive, which was longer than the estimate suggested. When the package finally did show up, the cat tree itself was of decent quality for the price point sturdy enough that my two cats took to it immediately, which is a definite plus. However, one of the scratching posts was already starting to fray at the base, which was disappointing for a brand new item. The toys were a bit of a letdown; they felt cheaper than I expected based on the product photos and one of the electronic toys stopped working after just a few days of light play. On the positive side, their customer service did respond to my email about the faulty toy, though it took them about four days to get back to me, and they offered a small store credit rather than a replacement. It's not a terrible experience, but it's left me hesitant to rush back for another purchase. It's an average shop that does some things well but needs to work on its quality control and shipping times.

Dean, you ordered on the 5th, we picked and packed your order within 24 hours, the package was with Royal Mail on the 6th by the morning, and had it delivered on the 8th (the fact that Royal Mail delivered it one day later than it should, is out of our control).
It is our top priority to dispatch orders as soon as possible, but we simply cannot match our speed with an amazon prime delivery service. I am sorry to hear we didn't deliver to your expectations but 'eventually' is a bit of an exaggeration of the situation and we did everything as we promise on the site.
I encourage all our customers to read and understand FAQ or Shipping policy before ordering.
