Thank you for your help with getting us out of our timeshare. You have been brilliant and really helpful. We have learnt a lot being a holiday club owner. We’ve learnt never to trust anyone selling a holiday club or holiday points membership. It’s a nightmare you waste your time trying to get out of. Mercantile claims were great.

After a troublesome number of years with the resort, Mercantile have really helped my parents out of the timeshare that the resort wouldn't allow them to sell.
My parents had a trip to Tenerife in 2005, whilst there they took a scratch card off a street sales rep which led to a free holiday. The free holiday was only available if they sat through a sales presentation. This resulted in the purchase of a timeshare. Something they couldn't use because they couldn't book. I saw the same hotel on online sites for a fraction of the price. Never again!
