Not good sales and even worse after sales!
Haven't owned my own car for years so when I finally got the money to buy one I wanted something lovely. I decided on a GLB and sourced one from down south. The closest north it could be delivered was the Stoke branch which is about 40 miles away from me. There were a few mix ups along the way but I knew what I wanted so unless the car was awful I knew I was going to get it. The salesman came in on his day off to finalise the sale but I'm not daft, it was the last day of the month so I suspect he fancied the commission to go into that month's pay instead of the next. The car wasn't valeted because the cleaners weren't in so the salesman did a quick diy himself. I got 2 keys (one with a low battery) and a Merc keyring and that was it. It was hardly a hard sell for the guy. I drove the car home, only stopped to put fuel in. When I got home I then noticed some slight damage to the nearside wing mirror on the outside indicator. I took a picture and emailed them. When I finally got a response I got an apology and was assured they'd get back to me. I've received emails, they wont return my calls and actually speak to me even though I havent been rude. Their communication is dire. They agreed eventually to cover the cost of the damage and would get back in touch to arrange when I could have the repair done. I still haven't heard anything and I've now had the car over a month. Don't buy a car from these guys, they are useless. They just want your money and then to fob you off. So far I'm pleased with the car but the dealership's treatment and aftersales has spoilt the whole experience for me.
