I've placed multiple orders starting in 2024. Some items were on backorder, so it took a bit longer, but it was definitely worth the wait. The prices at the official dealership are often twice as high as what Mercteil offers. I've had nothing but positive experiences with this fantastic shop.
I do not know what happened to this company.
I bought a Mercedes part valued at $1200 two months ago.
After that, they replied once, and that is it.
I wonder how they are working at all at this point.
Update: parts were delivered.
I know there is issues with getting some parts, but communication must be kept at all times.
I placed an order months ago and never received it. Excuse after excuse as to why it’s not being sent yet. I’ve just accepted it as a loss but will never shop there again.
WARNING!!! Do not order from MERCTEIL. They are scammers who take your money, stop replying to emails once they have the cash and don’t send the product.
SCAM ALERT!! Look at their socials, their last post was 2024. They are no longer sending products, just taking money.
Excellent company to deal with they kept me informed about my purchase. when I received the AMG parts quality was excellent as you would expect from AMG. I would recommend this company if you need any genuine Mercedes parts.
Mercteil are undoubtedly the best when it comes to sourcing genuine Mercedes Benz parts. Their prices are so much better than the greedy dealerships and the international postage to Sydney is always crazy fast (3 working days).
What sets this place apart is they are actually very kind hearted people especially Victor the owner and their website is clean and they are very meticulous with their photos and descriptions. They don't just copy photos from others they take studio quality pictures of thousands of parts no matter how big or small.
I will always be a loyal customer to Mercteil.
