He answers emails promptly and politely, gives advice on what is the best way to do things, explains in easy to understand terms as to what he's doing and why it's being done.
I was impressed with the text message the night before to say what time he would be here in the morning...and he was on time! He's not one of these guys that is always nipping out to 'get parts' and then gone for hours, he starts a job and stays there until the end.
He's a genuine guy who cares about his work. I've already arranged for him to come back on do some more work for me, 5 ***** from me.
