I signed up for Meria after receiving a referral and completing all the required steps, including KYC and a qualifying investment, with the clear expectation of receiving a 24.8 USDC bonus. This reward was openly promoted and even confirmed to me by email the day before I made my deposit.
However, after following every instruction carefully and in good faith, I was later told that I would not receive the bonus due to a “regulatory change” that supposedly came into effect on the exact day I made my transaction. None of this was communicated beforehand. In fact, their system continued sending confirmation emails, reinforcing the idea that I was eligible.
After several emails, I was told the referral system had blocked my reward automatically and that I was “unfortunately caught” between internal updates and unclear policy changes. Instead of taking responsibility for their lack of transparency, Meria refused to honour the reward and even implied the issue was due to my sponsor’s “high number of referrals,” which had nothing to do with my actions.
In short:
• No clear communication of changes
• Promises made, not kept
• Support team was polite but unhelpful
• Blame shifted to vague “system detections” and regulations
As a new user, I feel misled and disappointed. If a platform can’t honour its own advertised promotions or notify users of changing terms before actions are taken, it’s a major red flag. I wouldn’t recommend using Meria based on my experience since they backed out with excuses, refusing to pay what they should penalising the user for their own mistakes… it’s surreal!

As we have explained during our previous discussions, the reason your bonus was blocked is primarily due to non-compliance with our Terms of Use regarding the referral program.

My account was blocked for no reason a few hours after the deposit and I still haven't received support about it, I've been completely ignored in the last 10 days and my funds are still stuck in the account, I don't have access and they don't give me updates. I’ve deposited more than 100€ in Meria. The team pretty much instantly blocked my account and it’s been more than a week now since they’ve blocked it. I’ve tried contacting support many times and have been ignored almost all of the time. Still no account unblocked nor money back! Seems like a scam!!
