worst experience ever!!

I bought an ainol novo 10 tablet and within 2 months I cannot opened it.
I tried to contact customer service which I understand BARELY exist...and
they advice me to send it back at my own cost.I tried to explain that it was not my fault,because I havent used it not even ten times....after they breaking my nerves,I decided to send it...They asked me also to pay
for the damage because the guarranty has expired and they send it back
after a month.Guess what...it has stopped in the first month and here in Greece,I went to local shops and they say to me that it is motherboard and they cannot fix it.DONT EVER TRUST THEM!I have thrown 150e!!

Very poor indeed

I bought a tablet from this company which was faulty. After discussions with Support by email I was given instructions for an RMA which I carried out and sent the tablet back. Some weeks later the package arrived back unopened. I have emailed many times about this... both to the support email address and the only other contact I could find, a gmail address. I have had no reply.
No-one answers the "live chat" either.

They do not send you the shoes you pay for. They just fool you. They send any random cheap shoes.

Be very carefull

My latest emails to the techhelp adress are not replied to (for over 3 weeks) and the mailadress on the website gives the following message:

Initially I was very happy, I bought a nice phone for a nice price. The it al started.....
The speaker was not working, so I could not hear it ring, It was repaired, but I had to pay for the shipment two ways! Otherwise they would not send it back.
But then I had a good phone again and was happy.

After another 5-6 months it stopped working completely, in the middle of a call.
Nothing working, so I contacted them again.
At first it looked like they wanted to help, but the it became silent. They said they were going to move to another adress, so wanted me to wait with sending it back. After the move they seem to have disappeared.

Please be careful with this shop, I will stay away from them.

STAY AWAY. ORDER#101128315

I ordered an Oppo find 7 from this company on the 11th of August,2016. They sent a sales receipt and a Norton shopping guarantee email. Merimobiles.com promised a shipment of seven business days via DHL. After 11 days I sent an email to inquire about shipment. They never responded to emails I sent. They responded to my emails after I called my bank. They offered me a refurbished phone. I thought you only sold new phones? I wrote the first review indicating that they offered me a refurb. They had my review blocked and then emailed me back stating that I'm wrong/ misunderstood.
I had to prove that i ordered from their site. Now I am editing my review.
I will never shop at this company. What a frustrating waste of time.

Payed for a phone after 40 days phone not even shipped

Payed for a phone and after 40 days phone not even shipped!!
very unresponsive, i requested money back, they do not reply to emails. I payed with credit card so i cannot. open any dispute like in paypal, dont know how to get my money back :(
DO NOT recommend at all!!

Got my money back but i am not planing any more shopping on merimobile.com cause there is lot of bad communication and misled information on their web page regarding product availability.

Worst experience

My purchase from merimobiles.com was a meizu Pro5 which costed 440$ + 20$ for shipping it with Singapore post ( no other site charges you for shipping with Singapore post)...!
They gave me a tracking nr. and here starts and ends my story...!
The tracking number they gave to me has never been updated, never not once from the first day i had it, till after 40 days...! No update, no movement , nothing to this tracking.
It was a fake tracking nr...???
It's my first time facing this kind of problem... I 've done a lot of purchases from chinese sites.
I never had this problem!
Conclusion is that:
Merimobiles made me uncomfortable with my purchase...! Instead of making their clients safe, they don't care ....!!!
Communication with them was terrible. They will answer to your e-mails if they want and after 4-5 days...! Every answer i get was an excuse, different each time make me waste my time, worried about my money, made me crazy about their unprofessional behavior...!!!
After 40 days and to protect my money i opened a dispute and escalated later to PayPal claim...!
This process took me about 15 days more to have a refund from PayPal...!( Something to mention here is that merimobiles never answered also to PayPal emails sent to them, referred to clarify the situation...!)
As i said the WORST experience ever...!!!

P.s.: Tracking number RF392409565S.(still nothing)

Very unresponsive

I ordered a umi fair last week, I received the confirmation email, but I have not received the tracking number, I sent an email 4 days ago asking them to tell me where the package is and if possible give me a tracking number. I included the order ID in the email. I got a reply and he obviously didn't even read the email because he asked for the order ID? I haven't heard from them since, I've resent the order ID in the email. I have no idea whether my phone is being delivered or not. Worst ordering experience.

Used to be good. Now not trustworthy.

Like other reviewers here, I have had a good experience with Merimobiles in the past, but recently they have been terrible. Very poor communication, very long lag times to dispatch without any communication. Items with missing features / faulty (e.g. not rooted, GPS not working etc. etc.). The worst experience is my most recent when after waiting 20 days for my phone to be dispatched they said they had 'issues with boxes being stolen'?? But they didn't refund me and I had to open a paypal dispute. I think they should be avoided until they have cleaned up their act, but its probably too late.

I know few people that bought phones and stuff from merimobiles and they got them with a delay or so but they got it in the end i dont think that its a scam site but what is going on now? their site is down and i got a block from their facebook page..

Used to be good - now terrible!

I have bought plenty of items from this company in the past but the last few items (so it is not a one off) ahve resulted in problems. Their service has become awful!
Long order to shipping times. Defective items. Very poor email correspondence. Often claiming "new computer/email/website" systems are causing glitches. Sending emails with blank messages BUT placing an order on hold until they get a reply to that non existent message. And now the last straw for me is a point blank refusal to reply to emails at all meaning paypal dispute now opened. I used to regularly use them and recommend them to friends (whom then also had to open a dispute due to a faulty item). I will never use them nor recommend them again!
