I bought a pen scribe, It does not work. Costumer support gave short help, but after a failure has found, company finished support, not answering e-mails and whatsapp messages. All points of contact do not give any feed Back, company phone don't receive call.

They are a fraud. I bought one of their products during one of my trips to Dubai (a magnetic phone charger) Despite its price, it was really bad quality so it is not surprise that it broke after the first 30 mins of use. I contacted their customer service and, at first, it sounded like they would be a decent company and be willing to resolve my case. They offered to replace the product if I first would return the faulty one. That is what I did. I shipped the faulty product from Spain with a certified delivery shipment at my own cost. Two weeks after the faulty product had been delivered to them, I contacted them but received no response. A whole month later after they received the defective product they still had not send the replacement or even decided to contact me. Clearly, they have not fulfilled their obligation and have cheated me twice. First by selling a defective product and second by asking me to pay for returning it without sending me back the replacement. So much for the "Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed" slogan that they write on their products. It is a lie and they are a fraud.
