Complete and utter scam
Complete and utter scam. The robe looks nothing like the online item, it isn't a heated robe, flimsy fabric, can see through it. Stitching is minimal and would fall apart were I to try to wash it. I'd be happy to send pictures.
Also, I really wanted to like this. But I set myself up for it being crap. Their website says it'll take 2ish months, I was fine with that. Coming from China, no problem. A week after ordering, I get 2 emails with different tracking numbers and companies. Weird, but whatever. Then I get an email saying that if I hadn't already received my item, it'll be shipped in the next 3 days. Weird. Also, everyone knows when you get a "your item has shipped" email, it really just means the label was created. Got 3 not emails asking me to do a review... still not received.
Got it today, 26 days later. Wasn't upset about shipping again, since they were clear on the website about how long it would take. The annoying part is that they keep asking for a review and telling me it's on its way and it's normal for a tracking number to not move frequently. Well the 2 emails with the different tracking numbers and companies were not my item. I was able to track, after looking in my orders on their website, which had the correct tracking number and was never emailed to me.
Long story long. Absolute garbage.
