Mersey MDF, Plas, and Ply is a family-owned and run company focused on delivering a premier quality service at affordable prices.
Founded in 1919 as Mersey Timber Ltd the company has developed into a decorative board, sheet material specialist, hardware and bespoke manufacturing and cutting facility.
All of our products are responsibly sourced and, where appropriate, FSC certified. We stock a wide range of sheet materials including OSB; MDF; plywood; melamine faced chipboard; real wood veneers and an extensive range of decorative boards, either on stock or available to order, from the world’s leading manufacturers such as Kronospan, Egger, Xylo Cleaf, Sonae and Finsa to name but a few.

From our state of the art manufacturing facility in Liverpool we deliver all our products nationwide to customers in England, Scotland and Wales.
We provide bespoke cutting services and decorative edging services; the manufacture of made-to-measure kitchen and bedroom doors; carcass components; plinth and kickboard, cut to size MDF and other sheet material, made-to-measure shelving, and contract furniture production.
We also supply all aspects of hardware including hinges, handles, fixings, tool accessories, adhesives, sliding door gear, 3D wall, and much, much more.

Ordered a product via B&Q from this company and accidentally ordered to the wrong address.
They offered excellent customer service and reshipped it promptly. I was very impressed actually.
Product was some board clips for my kitchen which were good quality.

Quality plinth and good delivery
Website was easy to use to find and order samples which looked the closest matches to my current plinths. Samples arrived quickly and were good quality so I ordered a length of the best match. Arrived quicker than the indicated 10 day turnaround and was very well packaged and arrived undamaged. Very happy, would use again with no hesitation!

when i undone the package i noticed a crack in the kick board i braced it but was not happy about it i think i should have a refund on it .sorry about this bu i just wanted to finish the job .

We take great care in packaging our products to avoid such issues, but unfortunately, damage can sometimes occur during transit, which is outside of our control.
