Order not shipped for 1 month, no communication
Ordered 3 items, all of which were marked as in stock and ready to ship in 48 hours. One week passed, nothing was shipped, I contacted customer service via e-mail and was told that order processing time is in fact 5 business days, and not 48 hours. One more week has passed, I wrote another e-mail. No response. After 3 weeks of waiting I wrote them again and was told the issue would be investigated "as soon as possible". Another week passed and I finally received some meaningful communication. Apparently, I have "mistakenly ordered an item that was not in stock".
End result: received 2 items out of 3 after more than a month of waiting. Horrible customer service.
