Signal was awful! I’ve rented the pocket wifi for 9days and only was able to use if for 3days because the signal was awful and it often doesn’t an internet signal even if you’re at the hotel or outside. Not worth the money!

BMW driver with this companies logo on the back was driving very poorly and pulled out in front of me when there was clearly no space meaning I had to do a emergency brake on a main road.
Maybe think twice before driving like an idiot with the companies logo on the back of your car!

Wow, it is just gread

Couldn’t stream HD video channels in the house and use internet in the back garden and Summer house. TV was online all the time so we needed reliable Wi-Fi. Tried buying Wi-Fi extenders on Amazon, TP-Link range extenders and many more, maybe 5 different brands. None of them worked. We called Wi-Fi UK engineers. They came the next day after the call. Wi-Fi UK guys resolved our Wi-Fi issues within 2 hours.

JR Linton provided an excellent service. Explained the technology and how it would be implemented and supported. Professional team and very engaging. Also tidy workers and respected the property.

Excellent professional service provided my this company. They gave me full coverage of wireless Internet in my entire house and even the full length of the garden. I would recommend their work 100% everytime and anytime.

Having realized WiFi extenders don’t really work and struggling to evaluate the newer mesh systems I called in the professionals to solve my issues

In about 2 hours Jeffrey and Michael have installed a mesh WiFi system in our 4 story home - boosting our virgin media speed by a factor of 10 throughout the whole house - so we have a secure robust network that can stream on Sonos , stream videos and the kids gaming without drop outs
They are a smart and professional team calmly explaining their install step by step in terms I could easily understand

We are now a happy house!

Jeffrey and his team were excellent. Over the years are Wifi has been very patchy due to thick walls and a household of multiple devices. We had tried various booster systems but this company seem to have solved the problem. Now up and running thanks to Wi-Fi UK. My 15 year old 'gaming' son thinks all his Christmas's have come at once!!

Excellent service. It has been transformative. Previously we had patchy wi-fi throughout the house and tried various things without much improvement. The mesh system now means we have excellent wi-fi every where. They put much effort into ensuring that our various systems work and work well.

Complex set up but Jeffrey persevered and now it’s working everywhere brilliantly.

Extremely happy with the visit from the Wi-Fi UK duo they arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment. They were polite, friendly and very helpful explaining the issues to me, whilst finding the right solution. Previously experiencing slow speeds and poor signals over the house (including loft conversion) and the at end of the garden/greenhouse where I spend a lot of my feee time. I am very happy with the over all service and available aftercare if needed. My WiFi problems have been solved by Wi-FFi UK, a very happy customer.

Took the time to find the solution that suited our household, and to tweak it so it was working at full potential. The customer service has been great bar not notifying if running late to an appointment. My wifi has improved drastically and I would highly reccomend Jeffery and Jerome.

apt was at 13:00 engineers arrived at 13:01.Work were carried out speedily and efficiently ,both engineers were charming,polite and very patient with my beautiful wife.Costs came in below estimate cannnot recommend too highly for superb service.

Excellent. Jeffrey and Jerome are a great friendly team with knowledgeable technicians and really good personal service. The new wifi system is super fast and reliable with no dead spots anywhere in the house. Only complaint is that both times they came to my house they were running late and not very good at keeping me informed as to delays.

Fantastic from first phone call and their can do attitude. Polite and able to problem solve and make my kids smile by bringing us WiFi at 4 times the speed it was when they arrived. Kept me informed at every stage and provide a good aftercare service if needed. Would highly recommend to anyone struggling with wifi and grumpy teenagers!
