They stole other hard earn money! You know what? This was the worst crypto wallet ever and It was amazing like How can our Fund get transferred without our knowledge just in split second like after only several seconds we receive our fund to the wallet? Wow The superb Security Flaw really amazing! I really² disappointed as they only want to help recover such fund if our fund worth 1000++ USD !!!! So below than that they'll refuse and The support team will completely ignore you! I really disappointed and Maybe best way to get them be responsible is by Suing. But nevermind maybe other user would gladly Sue Metamask for their negligence! What? Sweeper Bot? How can my Wallet get comprised when I never even Shared or my Secret Phrase anywhere. It's such a Lame Excuses for not helping the user! So yeah, hope you'll lose more and more user in future because of this stupid "Sweeper bot" Excuses okay? ACTUALLY YOU GUYS ARE NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!

Scammers all the way. And you can’t find any history of the transactions you made, they just disappear. If I could give less stars, it would be minus 5.

Everything went wrong. I got bad information from support and followed it. I proceeded to have my time wasted. I was told I could use the POLY coin I screenshot from ChangeNow to pay the gas fees to move my USDT over to POLY. Come to find out I couldn't as the POLY I had screenshot wasn't the correct coin, that was on the ETH network. I was very deliberate as I had already wasted a bunch of my time and money going back and forth trying to move $60 and getting hit with gas fees at every turn. Zero accountability with support there and the platform will gas fee you at every turn chipping away at your balance. If you're looking for good support and low fees, look elsewhere.

The addon itself is fine, but the service sucks. Adding anything, you need gas fees to transfer. And if they're not in the right coin. You need to add even more money. No auto-conversion available! (only available on Ethereum).

So this addon is basically worthless as you need to keep adding money to work with it.

I'll adjust this when auto-conversion from available funds is available for more coins. But for now: not a fan.

I have returned to my Metamask wallet after storage for a while and guess what? It's still a buggy piece of crap. Do the devs ever read these reviews? How can you be so bad seriously? I've tried to do a transaction like three times now and it just spins around. Tried on smartphone, didn't work so tried on laptop and didn't work so clearly something wrong. Guys do not trust these weak devs, I am taking all my crypto out when I can...far too risky!

MetaMask is so frustrating to use! I love the features, but I ALWAYS have issues logging in on my Mac. It keeps saying my passcode is incorrect all the time, but I can log my phone with the same passcode—like, wth? I actually tried MetaMask a few years ago and had the same issues. It's so annoying.

On top of that, I've actually lost money because of its slow transactions. When you try to do anything on NFT platforms, it always asks for permission on the app—which is normal, but it bugs out constantly. Either it won’t let me accept, or the funds don’t send fast enough, and I end up losing money. This has happened a few times on OpenSea, and I’ve lost a couple hundred dollars because of it.

I finally gave up and moved to Crypto.com DeFi Wallet—smooth af, no problems at all. PLEASE fix these issues and start listening to your customers! When’s the last time MetaMask gave a shit? When's the last time guys gave it a legit update? MetaMask has potential, but these issues are killing the experience.

Metamask is a scammer. They have locked my 0.01381 BNB. I have contacted their support about this inability to withdraw my money. The support agent told me that she/he was escalating the matter and that the senior tech support would contact me in less than 24 hours. Up until today, that senior tech support team has never contacted me. My money is still locked in Metamask. People must be careful about sending their crypto to this app. If they do, they won't be able to withdraw their money.

this addon is broken on firefox i just reinstalled and barely a week later have to again due to infinite loading they have not fixed for years many others have problem, debugging says atleast 16 errors why has this not been addressed, and same thing other user said this is very slow and inefficient, there are many better wallets out now and this product will not keep up with simple solutions to meet the market demands, having the wallet lock you out several times a month is unnacceptable let alone no support or solutions by developers the product is dead

Got hacked after I contacted MetaMask (chatbox on their website) for some help. Someone sent me just enough ETH to my wallet to steal all my coins from my wallet. Please be aware of your risk!

ckb.pw has been blocked by Metamask they have put it on a warning list. Assets are in effect frozen as one cannot access them, via the auto link as normal.
Depriving customers of their funds should be illegal, obviously Metamask can do as it pleases. There has not been a problem to ckb.pw to my knowledge, maybe it is a usa/ china thing. I want access to my funds !!!!!!

Today I was scammed by someone to open an online shop business. Called shopee mart. It supposed to be shopee.com They sent a fake website link, very similar. And took all my info and uploaded my passport. So now we talking stolen identity.
Then they said this fake company only deals with Meta mask app for deposit and withdrawals. Now I read all the bad reviews on Meta app. I am glad I didn't transfer my hard working money in to this app.
Most here are claiming that their money has been lost or gone missing!! I am going to uninstall this Meta mask app now.

Wanted to swap Monky tokens for another ones but all of them disappeared from my wallet . Fortunately it was not much.

TOTAL FRAUD. Lost my password so lost my money. What the point of this fuckig security phrase if it's the only thing that gets you to loose your money. Trust me who ever you are , given enough time you will loose that stupid password

Completely untrustworthy business stole 200 pounds worth of crypto currencies and absolutely unhelpful in trying to recover the funds even after I proved receipts and addresses and 12 word phrase don't waste your time using this service you will get robbed

They steal the crypto from you and blame it on hacking/compromised security!

Just lost money because thier mobile app is terrible.Customer service is horrid.They really Suck!!!
