Why was I called about a not paid debt ? I owe nothing to anyone right now and this is not a new thing. It’s been like this for a few years
If I could give this place a negative zero I would, how absolutely unprofessional it is! I was charged an additional $75 AND $50 out of my account AFTER I had paid off my debit. I reached out and was refunded the $75, but never the $50. I’ve sent over 10 emails asking for my money to be deposited into my account and the lady Claims that it’s the bank who’s holding it, which is actually so stupid because they refunded me the $75 right away. Like girl you don’t even know what your taking about. Oh and I’ve been dealing with this since December!! Literally last year😹 like give me my money back you cheap schemers. How come I tried to better my credit and pay off my debit and well doing that, get money stolen off me??? Y’all better give me my money or I’m gonna write more and more bad reviews, I have the emails to prove it as well!! Told you I’d sing like a bird and this bird LOVESSS to sing. I don’t play about my money, n i DON’T play abt unprofessional companies thinking they can just ghost me and take my money. I’ll be sending more emails n writing more reviews if I don’t get my money thanks boo boo😽😽
I have been talking to Sahil Bhasin at Met Credit, he has been extremely rude to me and will not accept the documents I have that prove it was paid a year and a half ago. The second complaint is that he will not listen to my explanation regarding why I do not owe this money. He talks over me, raises his voice, and will not let me speak. This is very unprofessional behavior.

This company Met Credit is disorganized and unprofessional, a 168.00 bill from Maple Leaf Appliances was passed along to Met Credit, and the bill was paid immediately, three weeks later Met credit is now sending us new notices for the same bill. Don't ruin your company's reputation with this type of unprofessional operators, Compass Property Management

They do lots of illegal things! This is my SECOND ILLEGAL EXPERIENCE WITH METCREDIT. They lied and told me I'm not allowed to contact the company to clarify the bill (illegal). They lied and told me it will negatively affect my credit rating if I come to an agreement with the company instead of them (illegal). Recent experience, the gym where I had a membership filed for bankruptcy and claimed I owed them $1200 for training sessions never received (and I bill I never ever saw, so I didn't even know the breakdown of the charges!) MetCredit wouldn't provide me with a copy of the bill (ILLEGAL), but they did send me a copy for a reduced amount around $850 that they were willing to accept if I paid it (ILLEGAL). Metcredit did not follow any of the proper notification procedures or timelines, they did nothing to verify the accuracy of the bill they were trying to collect. I angered the agent who was threatening me because I Google searched collections procedures laws and told her she needs to follow the law. After several weeks, the bill was cancelled by the company...yet out of spite, the MetCredit agent filed against my credit rating for a bill that was CANCELLED. I filed reports with Equifax and TransUnion who immediately removed the FAKE REPORT from my credit rating, and I gave them the agent's name at MetCredit. Equifax contacted me directly and told me they would be speaking with the collections company and the agent. I hope she lost her job. The agents want to collect their bonus and will lie through their teeth so you pay them, because they don't get paid if you pay the company or if the bill is not actually owed.
My experience with Jennifer Oliveria and Melissa Berry have been appalling to say the very least.
My debt was paid over a year ago. To this day this backwards, disorganized 'company' has evaded my requests for a release letter (Jennifer Oliveria). She was abusive and harassing when I called to pay the debt. When I was finally directed to Melissa Berry she was equally as arrogant and felt the need to tell me that I did not need a release letter, that I didn't know how to read my credit report, and that the report I was viewing was unreliable (Equifax).
It's been 15 months since this debt was paid, however MetCredit is still sending reports to the Credit Bureau saying I'm not making payments. In order to dispute their false claims I need the letter that was supposed to be sent to me 15 months ago.
Trying to explain this to Melissa was like beating my head off of a wall. Only to be told that I didn't need it and I 'don't understand what you're looking at. You don't know how to read the report. It's unfortunate you won't let me help you, I've been doing this for 30 years.'
No ma'am, you created the problem, I don't need your version of help!
Overall this company is disgusting and belligerent. Avoid at all costs.
I received emails and phone calls from three employees at Metcredit in Sherwoood Park, AB.
Every time, I explained my account with ADT is current and ADT has messed up my account while continuing to cash my cheques.
One guy - I asked him three times to tell me the invoice numbers he thought were overdue. Never happened. I sent PDFs by email to him showing the front and back of cancelled cheques and the remittance stubs. No response and incredibly the calls kept coming.
Another guy phoned me and I told him I had sent a cheque that day. He did not have the intelligence to confirm the date, amount, and invoice number I was paying. These guys belong in kindergarten.
keep getting call and msg
I keep getting call and msg from Metcredit. They were looking for a person that i don't know. I called back the numbers left by Metcredit and it told me to call another number which it will cost 4.99 (thats wat i heard) Always make sure to check the system and take it seriously and verify customers identity of yours. This way it can avoid some misunderstanding.
Spoke with an agent who is rude. And they even call my work phone number!
My dealings with Brittany Myers at Metcredit were nothing short of a miracle. Brittany was always pleasant and respectful and went above and beyond her call of duty for me. She was helpful and made things happen for me very quickly. She is such a sweet person and really fought for me to get my credit cleared. I pray this review finds a way back to her and that she is compensated for her amazing efforts and stellar customer service. Thank you so so much Brittany.

Why is it that these companies are allowed to harrassing people at work.
This company is doing just that. Harrassing people.
If I was owed money, and phoned that person the way these companies phone,
I would arrested for harrassment, yet these companies are doing this constantly.
Basically, we have idiots who make these rules, someone had to have piped up and said let's phone the client until he or she answers they phone, no matter how many times.
To the idiots who came up with this procedure.
