I ordered a new plastic blow moulding…

I ordered a new plastic blow moulding machine model MT-200 with a servo motor as agreed. After paying the full amount, I received a used machine — smaller in size, no servo motor, no ejector system, and in dirty condition. The dimensions stated on the official shipping invoice differ from the agreed machine specifications, proving that the delivered machine is not what was ordered. I hope the company and Ruby specifically will address this issue professionally and find an appropriate solution!
