Charge $140 for a quote and when inspecting a work that should not have been more than $400 work (servicing 2 4 years old aircon that are working perfectly), they quoted over $2500. Just a scam, avoid at all cost.
They charge a high callout fee and then do not fix your problem or even quote to fix your problem. Instead, they will try to talk you into a 'rejuvenation' which is basically flushing water through a couple of hoses and adding a fragrance for $1249. Massive ripoff and I believe they are a fake company masquerading as a real one in order to collect callout fees as profit. Surprised they are still in business, google Metropolitan Air Conditioning is a scam and you will see.
The company comes when you have a problem and “rejuvenates” your aircon for $2000. However, be v careful. Rejuvenate does not mean fix. They rejuvenated but when it didn’t work then advised it couldn’t be fixed, with very obvious issues. I complained and got a quarter back, but they consistently put the onus on me to understand their technical disclaimer that they never say they will fix anything. Go with a company that will fix! And they were 8hrs late twice.
