Worst delivery company I have dealt…

Worst delivery company I have dealt with. My wife was home all day to accept our Costco delivery and the driver was too incompetent to use an apartment buzzer so they didn't deliver our item - looks like other reviews have mentioned the same thing. Frustrating but whatever, but when I called the costumer service to get it rescheduled it, the costumer service person was the rudest person I have ever talked to over the phone and I will do anything not to have to deal with them again. Costco please stop using them to deliver items.

Terrible service

Terrible service, we were told at 2 pm they would be 20 mins late. It is now 800 pm and we got a follow up call saying they would come between 830-900 pm. This is very poor planning on the driver's and also hard to believe as online it says they still have 2 more stops before coming to our house. We have a baby sleeping now and it won't work. I asked if they could deliver it tomorrow and they said they are booked up until mid next week. How do deliveries the next day take precedence over failed deliveries from the day before? This company is a joke and think that it's reasonable to come in your home after 900 pm to pick up old appliances and drop off new ones.

Terrible service!

I didn't receive confirmation from Metro Supply after I placed my order and picked a delivery day through Costco Online. The night before the delivery day, I assumed was going to happen, I clicked on the tracking info on my order and found that this is where they had put the delivery window info. No one called to confirm that they had the correct information or let me know the delivery window. The first conversation I had was with the driver saying he would arrive in a 1/2 hour. When he didn't show, I called him back twice - no answer. 1 1/2 hours later he called saying he was having trouble finding the address. Turns out there was a typo on the ending of the street name. The postal code and house number were correct, as was the billing address. I let the driver and his dispatcher know, and they told me they were 10 kms away. I then received another call from their office, saying they couldn't deliver because they needed Costco's approval. I called Costco and they immediately contacted MSCG. But, MSCG still refused to reroute even after Costco went through hoops to correct the typo and give them confirmation to go ahead. I let MSCG manager Ashmeet know this - she kept raising her voice to speak over the questions I had and told me I need to just be quiet and listen to her and reschedule, that other people are waiting for their deliveries, so I needed to wait until the following week. I said I had been waiting a week and took the day off work, why are all other customers more important? They were 10 minutes away, I didn't need haul away, and there was still another 1.5 hours left in the window they gave me. I have to reroute orders for clients all the time - this was an easy case, since I knew exactly where the driver was and his contact info. She refused to answer, tried to force me to schedule a week later, and then hung up on me when I said that was unacceptable and wanted answers to my earlier questions. I really hope they record their calls. I'm sure Costco gets a lot of complaints and will soon get rid of this ridiculous "Logistics" company.

Terrible delivery service

Terrible delivery service. Instead of delivering my furniture to my apartment, they dumped five massive boxes in my condo lobby and told me to ‘find someone’ to help me carry them upstairs. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Avoid this company if you expect proper delivery service.”

The delivery driver named "raman" tried…

The delivery driver named "raman" tried to gain entry into my condo stating repeatedly " he needs to talk, he needs a hug, he's into older women, is my husband home". The order was placed online locally, but came from Toronto warehouse who uses this deplorable company.

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. They were extremely late, ultimately arriving near 7PM. Their "installation" of the washing machine was poor, resulting in a slow leak which damaged the ceiling below (becoming evident several days after they left). This resulted in a $300 plumber bill, not to mention the cost and labour to fix the stain in the ceiling. I will never buy appliances from Costco again.

HORRIBLE DELIVERY EXPERIENCE

This company delivered a fridge, and scrapped my hardwood floor when installing. I sent pictures of the damage and they say it was not their fault and they will not pay for repairs. IMPORTANT- Do not sign off on any delivery from this company until a week after the delivery so you can ensure that the product is working and you can document any damage they create.

A complete joke of a company

A complete joke of a company. Delivered my package worth $1,000 to the wrong address. Left on the pouch. Driver didn’t try and contact us the way Best Buy said they would. Best Buy was just as bad to deal with. Both companies are jokes.

Terrible delivery service

Terrible delivery service. We were supposed to get a fridge delivered and we were home during the delivery window and they didn't even knock on the door or wring the door bell, they just left the "sorry we missed you" note and that was it. We have two dogs in the house if they knocked the dogs would have noticed, so they did not even attempt to deliver it.

Horrible customer service experience

Horrible customer service experience.

Ordered a washer/dryer set from Best Buy, which was then delivered by Metro Supply Chain. Workers were indifferent when doing the install/removal of the old unit. Which is fine, I don’t need the pleasant cordials as long as the job is done well. Unfortunately, while removing the old unit the workers rotated the unit 90 degrees, dragging it on the hardwood floors and leaving a thin/long scratch from one of the “feet”. The damage is honestly, quite minimal and after some buffing is barely visible. If the workers acknowledged the damage and made even the small effort (a couple mins) to buffer it out, it would have been a non issue. Unfortunately, when I pointed the damage out to the worker, I was immediately dismissed and told the damage was pre-existing. It very much was not, scratch was fresh with residue scratched in from the dryer sheet that had been placed under the foot to help it slide. The worker then refused to document the damage on the paperwork and asked me to sign, which I refused requesting the damage be documented. The worker said I had to contact Best Buy if I had issues and promptly left without further direction on how to do that and/or an effort to document the damage. I immediately called Best Buy who eventually referred me back to metro supply. Metro supply set up an in house assessment of the damage. I had to request on 4 separate occasions what the outcome of the assessment would be because I knew the damage was minimal. The point of contact I had, was quick to respond but repeatedly beat around the bush without giving a direct answer stating instead the reasons WHY the assessment had to be done. I had to clarify four times that I understood the why and was asking what the result of an assessment would be (aka would it just be a waste of time for everyone). Finally they advised if found at fault they would attempt to repair or provide financial compensation. I knew repair wouldn’t be an option due to 1. Having attempted to buff out the scratches already 2. Knowing replacement floor boards were not in production anymore. At this point I was so annoyed with the interactions with the company on various levels (the initial workers and now their claims department). They continuously tried to dismiss me or beat around the bush that I thought heck, i might as well follow through with this thing.

A manager arrived and took picture of the damage, along with wrote a description. I assume this was submitted in some report. Metro supply then promptly got back to me and advised:

- the damage was not observable without lighting (although minor after I buffed it out, this was still inaccurate)
-there was other similar damage in the same area (blatant lie, I live in a 5 yr old apartment, have been the only occupant and take very good care of the flooring, there is no other damage on the floors let alone in the same area)
-the damage wasn’t documented on the initial paperwork and as a “legally binding document” therefore must not have been there (this is the paperwork I refused to sign because the workers refused to document the damage)
-tried to blame me for not filling out the damage on this above mentioned paperwork to document the damage (at no point was I given access to the paperwork to write my own thoughts)

Metro Supply then advised the claim for the incident was deemed unfounded.

This was completely disheartening on all levels of customer service. As simple acknowledgement of the mistake from the get go would have been enough to satisfy me. But to be completely dismissed and blown off is infuriating. I would NEVER recommend Metro Supply for any service in the future. Zero customer service. Zero respect for your personal property.

Costco delivery for a dishwasher

Costco delivery for a dishwasher. Didn't bother to ring the doorbell just walked down, left the truck on the road took a picture of my door and walked away. I was home and waiting for this. It cost me $100 to reschedule my installer terrible service. I have the ring video if you'd like to see it... if this happens with Costco, please contact them. They will give you a credit at least they did with me.

Terrible and TRAUMATIC experience with…

Terrible and TRAUMATIC experience with this company. Their delivery guy Amrit Singh only took a pic of the FRONT of our building and took off, noting failed to deliver, when we VERY CLEARLY noted to deliver to the back of the building (where we were waiting), and to call us when they arrive. We NEVER got a call except from the automated service that told us they were delivering within the hour. We had been waiting all day for them! We needed our Ikea furniture as we just moved in and have a baby to take care of. Ikea can’t do anything about it except reschedule 4 days from original date. I’m never ordering from Ikea again unless they get rid of this courier service.

Update: after calling Ikea to complain, the stuff was delivered in the earliest possible date by two very polite delivery guys, led by Anant Singh. Given the amount of items I ordered, the first guy must have bailed on it. Thankful that this has been resolved, but I still think they should have called me last Saturday. If the items proved too much for the day, we would have at least gotten just the mattress so we didn’t have to sleep on the floor.

Pure shit Did not bother to ring door. Their call is blocked on my phone for some reasons and the delivery person did not bother to ring.
Impossible to contact. I will ask for reimbursement as it is now the 2nd time.

My wife ordered LG washer/dryer online

My wife ordered LG washer/dryer online. We requested white glove installation. The communication with the company was clear and concise. The times given were amazing. The two installers Joel and Dwight called when they were close and notified us they were 10 minutes away. They showed up on time and installed both washer and dryer quickly and professionally. They were cordial, polite and extremely helpful. We were very pleased with their service and attention to detail. We would definitely order again.

Lack of actual effort

I placed an order on Boxing day to be delivered to my office, as delivery to my home was not an option. This company "attempted" delivery to my office on 3 occasions. All 3 occasions I was in office. I have cameras that show they never even came to our building. Instead, they googled our location and since it says our showroom is closed, they did not even attempt to deliver. Our showroom is closed, but the office is not. People are here. They did not attempt to deliver. They didn't try calling me, which they have my number on my delivery tracking. They simply chose to not try to deliver, and instead, returned it to the sender. Absolutely unacceptable.

The worse delivery company

The worse delivery company. First attempt was after 10pm at night. Driver would not come in the driveway even though it was completely plowed. 2nd attempt was after 11pm 3rd attempt was same time. Again, driver would not come to the door. My package is still on the truck and it's been over a week. I have no idea what is happening with it.

Best Buy Order Failed Delivery Twice

Failed delivery two days in a row. No reason was given, but when I looked up the tracking number, a picture of my condo building and a screenshot of someone calling my phone number was uploaded. Yet I never actually received a phone call. So you go through the effort of driving to my building, but then make no effort to deliver it once you arrive. Makes no sense.

Worst delivery experience I've ever had. They don't even try to knock your door. They call me with an anonymous number and if you don't answer, they leave. Didn't even try reattempting the next day like Best Buy says they will. I'll never order from Best Buy again after this.
