Trustpilot is removing reviews, claiming they are fake when they aren't; this site is a total scam. They offer attractive rates, but the moment you try to make your first withdrawal, they block your account and demand photos of your card, ID, bank statements... WTF? They want to be a crypto company but ask for bank documents? And then they won't let you withdraw your money—don't use it...

An absolute scam of a website. They advertise a %600 return on BTC and USDT staking. After transferring the required funds and only hours before the staking rewards are due they cancel the event.

Edit: as I said in the original message - any response of theirs is not honest as they said in the original reply that their negative view is final, no dispute is possible. Scammers
Total scam. Impossible to figure out the amount and types of bonuses, complete lack of transparency, most of them are barely described at all — it’s just complete madness. They deliberately make so many of them so that you can’t keep track of anything. Then you complete all the required tasks after figuring out at least some of I dunno like a 100 of those scam bonuses, and they reject everything due to "risk control". Yet risk control did not prevent me from withdrawing xD They tell you not to use a VPN in the future, not to log in from different locations or from different accounts XD — I did none of that, I dkd nothing wrong. To make them look even more incompetent, I made the same kinds of things to complete bonuses in MiCA regulated European platforms where the bonuses are transparent and more lucrative, exactly the same things like deposits, spot or futures trading and so on. Bybit okx and kraken approved every single bonus. Only the shady mexc did not approve.
They took away like 15 bonuses from me oh.. another thing - the time of approval for bonuses is also a freaking circus 3-10 days, possibly on purpose so that you complete more activities for more bonuses and on the last step they reject with absolutely no reason but to scam you. Completely incompetent bunch of scammers.
Oh and one last thing. They were impertinent enough to tell me this is the final decision, no questions will be answered, no dispute possible after one query of mine so any comment of them that would imply anything close to trying to be professional or sympathetic you can all treat as bs just like their whole plarform.

I have been trading on MEXC for a long time and have regularly deposited and withdrawn crypto from the same wallet address. Recently, I deposited 50 ETH, and suddenly they restricted my account and started asking for irrelevant . I have already provided proof of my income, including my trading and profit history from other exchanges, but they are still not releasing my funds.

Your scammed rewards are absolutely horrible. When you don't want to give them risk control comes in.

MEXC’s P2P system is a complete SCAM. I paid a merchant approved by MEXC and provided screenshots and video proof, yet MEXC refused to resolve the fraud and told me to contact local authorities.
What is the point of an appeal system if MEXC simply refuses to protect users?
This experience makes MEXC look like a scam platform that protects fraudulent merchants. I want my money back or my USDT. Completely unacceptable.

The exchange deliberately provides misleading indicators to deceive users and seize their assets. Specifically, the Fair Price is used to calculate the Liquidation Price, while actual trading uses the Latest Price. In that case, when users want to add margin to prevent liquidation, what price should they base their decision on? This loophole is a method used by the exchange to manipulate the indicators and push the Fair Price significantly lower than the Latest Price in order to liquidate users’ assets. Meanwhile, the exchange’s user guidelines claim to protect users, stating that the Fair Price is designed to stabilize market prices and prevent market manipulation. This is absolutely ridiculous and deceptive.

I believe MEXC’s promotional campaign is misleading and potentially fraudulent.
I joined because the promotion advertised rewards for signup and KYC. I completed Advanced KYC and received confirmation that my verification was successful. But after providing my personal information, my Rewards Hub showed 0.00 USDT and no available reward.
Instead, I was immediately pushed toward depositing 50 USDT to unlock another “reward.”
I feel I made a mistake by completing KYC based on this promotion. I do not want to deposit or trade, and I am now deleting my account.
My main concern is that MEXC has already collected my KYC/personal information while the advertised reward has not been provided.
I am reporting this so MEXC does not use misleading promotions to collect users’ personal information and then push them toward deposits/trading.
Please review UID 19262378 and clearly explain what will happen to my KYC data and why the advertised reward was not credited.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
Their p2p system which I used is full of scammers. For, one where the other party fabricated evidence and even though both sides gave evidence they still sided with seller and gave no reason as to why. As well as this they give little time to respond to appeals and did not care about time zone differences. They give no way to get money back and now I am left with over $50 in lost money.
Would not recomend at all. If they seller has bad intentions their system is made for you to lose. They will side with the seller despite giving all correct information.

On August 6th, regarding the HYUNDAISTOCK pair, MEXC removed liquidity from the sell side of the order book, causing the asset's price (during market hours) to drop more than 9% below the price on all other exchanges and brokerages. Furthermore, it drove the fair price down to a level 24% lower than on any other exchange or brokerage, triggering a wave of liquidations. The price candle was so heavily manipulated that it didn't even track the buy-side order book, preventing short sellers from actually profiting. Liquidity simply vanished down to the 252 level, leaving a gap in the order book with a sell price of 252 and a buy price of 275—even though the asset's actual price was 275.
Beyond this absurdity, driving the price more than 15% below the level where the glitch occurred—solely to trigger a wave of liquidations—is outrageous. This is especially egregious considering it is a "stock" asset, representing a company worth billions.
MEXC claims nothing unusual happened and that it was a standard market movement. That is absurd. We are talking about a 30-second candle that wiped out 25% of the asset's fair value and 9% of its standard price, only to instantly snap back to its original level. There are only two possibilities: a failure in the exchange's liquidity—which they should fix and for which they should compensate those affected—or manipulation by the exchange itself.
As I stated, what makes it even stranger is that no one with a short position actually profited; liquidity vanished from the order book, and the short exit price didn't follow the drop—it remained high. The only entity that profited from all those liquidations was MEXC itself.
MEXC replied that the price is determined by the market. It wasn't. The price was determined solely by MEXC. Manipulation. Nothing else.

Dear MEXCer,
I will post the email they send here every day. UID 31155098
Thank you for your message. We have reviewed it in full and would like to address your main points directly below.
1. The origin of the 0.0004662 price
This figure is not the Fair Price. It is the bankruptcy-price execution result generated after your position triggered liquidation and the liquidation order entered the order-matching process.
Two distinct measures are involved here, and they need to be separated:
Fair Price — the reference price used to determine whether a position triggers liquidation. This is reflected in the price chart.
Post-liquidation execution price (bankruptcy price) — generated after the liquidation order is taken over and enters the matching process. It falls outside the scope of what the candlestick chart plots, and therefore does not appear on the K-line.
Regarding your request for the complete order book and matching records: this data contains the orders and executions of other users within the same matching interval. It constitutes third-party trading data as well as internal platform system data, and we are not authorized to disclose it to an individual user. This restriction applies uniformly to all users and is not directed at you personally. If data at this level is required, please have a law enforcement or regulatory authority submit the request to us through our official channel.
2. Compensation
Following multiple reviews by the relevant teams, no platform-side anomaly or system malfunction was identified in the liquidation of your position. The liquidation was executed normally in accordance with our previously published rules. On this basis, we are unable to establish platform liability, and we are unable to provide full compensation for your loss.
That said, in view of the extended duration of this case, we remain willing to offer 150 USDT in futures bonus as a goodwill gesture, without any admission of liability on the part of the platform. If you wish to accept, please reply to confirm and we will arrange the credit.
3. Judicial and regulatory channels
Should you choose to pursue this matter through judicial or regulatory channels, we will cooperate as required by law. That position remains unchanged.
We would also like to clarify one point. We have never obstructed, and will not obstruct, your right to file a report or complaint with any authority. The identity and authorization verification we require applies to the institution and the case officer submitting the data request, not to you. The reason is straightforward: if we were to disclose account and transaction data to a party whose identity has not been verified, the person most immediately harmed would be the user. This is standard practice among compliant trading platforms and is a protective measure on your behalf.
To avoid any further misunderstanding of the procedure, we suggest you provide our law enforcement cooperation channel directly to the authority handling your case, so that the request can be submitted through that channel by official letter, accompanied by the case officer's law enforcement credentials. Once verification is complete, we will provide the corresponding records within the scope required by applicable local law, including the liquidation data relevant to this case.
We understand this liquidation resulted in a real loss for you, and we understand your frustration. However, absent new objective evidence, the technical conclusion cannot be changed. Should you be able to provide new, verifiable material, we remain willing to re-examine this case.
Best regards

Starting July 8, 2026, I made two deposits of €5,000 each into my MEXC account. They blocked my account and requested an EDD review; I submitted all the required documentation, but they rejected it, demanding details regarding the two accounts I had transferred funds from—which belong to the exchanges Binance and Bitget. I explained that these are not bank accounts but exchanges, just like their own platform, but they refused to accept this. To this day, the two transfers have neither been credited to the platform nor refunded to my bank account. MEXC is the worst exchange I have tried so far: very high fees and poor service. Furthermore, their support is useless—they just give you the runaround. I do not recommend it to anyone, and I urge you to be extremely careful with this platform.out

I completed all the requirements for one of MEXC's promotional campaigns in good faith, expecting to receive the advertised reward.
After completing the requirements, MEXC informed me that I was not eligible because my account had been flagged by their automated "risk control system." When I asked what rule I had supposedly violated, they refused to provide any explanation, claiming they could not disclose their internal criteria.
So, they advertise rewards to attract participation, but they can deny them without providing any concrete reason or evidence. From a customer's perspective, this feels extremely misleading and makes these promotions impossible to trust.
The support team was polite, but every response was a generic copy-and-paste message that avoided answering my questions. They simply repeated that the decision was final and that they could not explain why.
If you're considering participating in one of MEXC's promotional campaigns, be aware that you may meet all the stated requirements and still have your reward denied without any transparent explanation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform.

It has been 20 days and I am very worried about my account. I am facing a lot of problems and worries at the moment, but I am not getting any positive response from them. I have also given them live verification. They are repeatedly asking me for pro-forma funds, which I do not have yet because my mobile and Gmail were hacked, so I do not have any data. I have been trying to get their help for 20 days but I am not getting any response.

A crucial awareness about "legalized scams" that start by luring you with deposits & futures trading, and end by stealing even your tiny rewards!
A true story with undeniable proof from MEXC.
The trap always starts with the bait: "Sign up, deposit, trade futures, and refer friends for juicy rewards!"
The poor user puts in the effort and pays massive commissions to the platform. But when it's time to harvest, the platform triggers "fraudulent liquidation" or rigs the outcomes so no one walks away with a cent! 📉
Let’s look at a live, documented example from MEXC in one of their ongoing events (like the Treasure Hunter):
The platform promises a "Guaranteed Win with Every Roll" after you hit high futures trading volumes. The terms sound great: tokens, airdrops, or futures bonuses... But reality is a nightmare! 🎲
You achieve the required trading volume and earn a batch of dice rolls (each roll costing you time, effort, and real money).
You open the game, only to witness a magically repetitive and statistically impossible outcome:
"Congratulations! You got (+1 Roll)."
You roll again... and again... 10 times, 100 times, a thousand times without exaggeration! 🔄
This isn't bad luck—it's malicious code designed to permanently block you from winning any real reward, trapping you in an endless loop until the event ends!
The reward history logs prove hundreds of identical, consecutive outcomes. Is this luck, or blatant daylight robbery? 👀
Beware of these cheap tactics used by certain platforms to drain traders' liquidity under the guise of "games and promotional events."
If a platform isn’t transparent about a basic promotional reward, how can you ever trust them with your hard-earned capital?!
