Promise of a service on purchase. The service wasn't done. Sold with 'two keys' - they tricked me into believing the second key worked when if fact it wasn't coded to the vehicle.
History of a noisy engine on full HPI check not raised.
They started vehicle, so I didn't see warning messages.
There were several other minor issues that weren't raised.
Body work covered up - relived after washing.
Later realised the under-body cover was missing.
No integrity here! Look at the reviews!! Wish I had. This purchase ended up costing me -avoid!

My husband bought a car from here in July 2023. It was a Peugeot 308, 66 reg. In June 2024 the timing belt went on the car causing engine damage. We have just had to pay out over £4000 for repair. I contacted Mex Cars to ask for the service history as they had given 2022 but not 2023. They never returned my call.

I bought a Kia Venga from Mex Cars on 13 jan 2024, which had been serviced in their garage on 1 jan. However when I got home and tested the oil it was obvious it had not been changed for a long time. I had to have a full service done to change oil, filter, etc, etc and replace 4 brake pads and 2 brake discs. So their servicing is not good!

I bought a lovely vehicle from here. Paul is a great guy, he made sure I was happy with the car before any paperwork was started. He is thorough with what he does and can tell he has experience of many years. Walked away with a extended warranty and perfect car. I also accidentally left my licence and he informed me straight away and sent it special delivery. Genuine dealer would highly recommend this place. Thank you Paul.

To avoid! They sell car but they dont check them and they are not able to fix them. Bought a Kia Venga and after 2 weeks I had to bring the car back because they have to change the clutch (why not checking before??). Plus problem with car battery that they are not able to fix! Poor service, very very poor service!
