From the start to the tenant moving in, I can only say Meyers and in Particular Amy have been brilliant, nothing has been to much of a problem.
I have no problem in recommending them!

Bought a property where Meyers were the agents for the vendors. Was a short chain but we were keen to move quickly. Had good communication from the team and they were proactive in helping to get the sale finalised and helped with any problem solving. Very professional as well. Would work with them again.

Pushy agents that don't listen to the vendor.

I instructed them with a property to sell from my portfolio. I made it perfectly clear that I had a minimum price and didn't care how long it took to get that price. I did not want them calling after a few weeks to say they couldn't sell it at that price and to reduce it.
If they were happy with those terms then they could have the property on their books to sell.
They agreed.

After a few weeks adevertising, 'we can't sell it for that price, we need to reduce the price'.

Took it from these idiot timewasters and gave it to an agent who could, and did, sell it for the price I wanted.

We used Susie at Meyers Blandford and honestly she was the best estate agent we have met. Her valuation of our house was spot on, and we had an offer that matched her valuation. She demonstrated a clear understanding and appreciation of the merits of our house, and its location and encouraged us to trust that it was worth what she thought it was. And she was clearly right. She took time to explain how she worked and how the local market worked, and various strategies for pricing the house correctly. The brochure was great and exactly what we hoped for, with plenty of pictures on Rightmove and the option of a video tour, which she included as part of the package. With any queries we had she responded quickly, even if outside of 9-5. Her rate was very competitively priced and I think excellent value for money.

Her communication is excellent; she kept us brilliantly aware of what was going on, and debriefed us after every visit. We were genuinely very well looked after and guided most expertly. We could honestly not ask for more from an estate agent, and recommend her most highly – an absolute gem.

They use WhatsApp to keep you informed of everything concerning your sale and it makes it super easy to get hold of them.....they even reply when they should be on leave 😉 Excellent service and beautiful flowers 💐 when you finally get to exchange 😁

Meyers were brilliant from start to finish. Always available and friendly. I would like to particularly mention Carrie - she was lovely and professional to deal with. Clearly knowledgeable in the process and just a pleasure to deal with! I felt no pressure from her in the sale of my house to get through issues that were outside of my control (which cannot be said for the other agent who I was purchasing through!). Would highly recommend!

We were kept up to date at all times of how the sale was progressing.
Everyone we spoke to or saw were very polite and friendly.
Should we ever need an estate agent again we would definitely use them.

I instructed Meyers ,Southbourne and Christchurch branch to sell my mother's empty bungalow in need of modernisation and I did not live locally. The team were very efficient, helpful and honest in their advice in selling it quickly. The process from sale to completion took under 4 months which is very impressive in these uncertain times. The team regularly updated me weekly of the progress by WhatsApp which worked extremely well for all parties. They were able to sort out a burst pipe quickly between Christmas and New Year which was a difficult time so that the completion could go through. The team were exemplary.
