We came around in the early afternoon for a glass of wine and quick snack. We ordered 2 pieces of smørrebrød, which we had to wait for about 40 minutes to arrive. The place was rather empty. The waiter looks us in the eye and says the delay was due to them being busy and that they are having many guests to attend to, which is the straight up lie. A poached egg on my tiny sandwich was cold as if it was cooked a day before. Bread was cut thick and tasted dry. My husband said that mayo on this sandwich tasted old. And each sandwich costs DKK 105!!! The waiter has barely acknowledged our feedback. We certainly never going back there again. This is a rip off.

I went together with other 5 colleagues for a team event to the Meyer's in Lyngby and the service was abysmal and we felt almost scammed.
After ordering the drinks we had to wait almost 1 hour for our steaks. Most of us decided to take a two persons steak just for themselves. When we asked the waitress for the doneness of the steaks, she said it was not possible to choose and gave us very weak and weird explanations, leaving us puzzled on as to why we couldn't choose.
Almost one hour later, when the waitress came to give us the steaks, she specifically asked whom of us were sharing and whom didn't, and to our surprise and great disappointment the steaks were of a noticeable size difference. The people that chose to have the entire thing for themselves had steaks of almost half the size compared to the ones that were sharing, even though the cost was still the same.
Additionally, the steaks ranged from rare to medium/well done. Half of mine, for instance, was dry and way too cooked, same thing happened to the person sitting next to me.
The cherry on top of the cake, was when we ordered coffee and desserts. They forgot to bring the coffees and we had to remind the waitress, and when we finally got them none of us got a tea spoon for stirring the sugar, some of us didn't even get any sugar or the small chocolate that was included for some.

All in all, a terrible experience...
