They will take hundreds of dollars for “preordered” items then hold it hostage for years. Every time the estimated ship date arrives they punt it 6 more months. Zero customer service to be had. Product finally arrived over 2 years late- and damaged. Will never order another thing from them again.

Mezco toyz has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I’ve seen some terrible customer service. They took money from my account almost one month ago for the Batman 1989 figure, and I have yet to receive any information from them on when it is shipping or if it is shipping at all. They sent out emails almost a month ago saying to make sure you have the funds available as it will be shipping in the next few weeks. That was a lie. I have received no response from them besides an automated one. Their phone number either does not exist or they have the phone off the hook 24/7. I am disgusted by this company and even if the figure ships today, I will refuse to purchase any more of their products. Please don’t give them your money.

Ordered the 1989 One:12 Batman figure from MezcoToyz three years ago. Constant delays, all they do is spam your email to purchase their products but when you need customer service, it's nonexistent. Their phone line is down, the customer care emails bounce back. Impossible to rectify any issues. They also ask you to pay an NRD. I rejected their billing, all the while attempting to contact them as they were trying to bill me the full price of the figure instead of my actual remaining balance, due to having paid an NRD when I originally ordered. So far they have not refunded the NRD and I will be contacting the BBB as this is blatant theft. Bill me the accurate amount of my order or don't bill me at all. I will never purchase from Mezco again. Abysmal customer service from a terrible company that can't get its act together.

Maybe by answering the phone or emails. I call the number provided and it gives a busy signal then hangs up. So I use the email form they provide and I never hear from them. Who does this? Even Hasbro answered my calls personally.

I will never buy their products again!
Two years waiting for pre-ordered item, the estimate time is a joke ,will postpone every single deadline.

Don't bother trying to contact customer service at Mezco. They have none. Does not matter what your issue is. Trust me, I've had many issues over the last year and they have not responded to any.

It seems that there is a problem with the management of the company.

No shipping and no customer service at all.

Since when do you pay a nonrefundable deposit on anything and after waiting a year or more have only a week to cough up $100 plus or else your order is canceled? And you don't get your money back ? How is this even legal ? This is an insane way to collect toys and this company is a total scam .

I recently preordered the Dr Doom Mezco figure. They charged my card twice. Once I realized this, I emailed them and I left a message on their voicemail. After weeks of no response, I then receive an email simply saying that my Mezco account has been “deactivated”. I have no idea why they would do this. Am I still going to be receiving the doctor doom figure, if not Will I be refunded the deposit that I had to pay for the figure. I have no idea because they won’t return my emails or voicemails.

This company is as BOGUS as can be! They take payment with promises of shipping within a month. Then, 4 months later, they stop replying to emails, and guess what, NO PRODUCT! Buyer beware of these scams!

It is impossible to do business with them. They don't return voicemail or respond to email. Maybe they respond to written letter through postal mail?

Damaged goods won’t return my calls .. seems like they are trying to avoid me because they lied to me about the condition of my figure. It’s called bait and switch.
Show me one thing send me another? Warning Do not send them your $$$

I have only recently started collecting mezcos so I only have a handful of them but I have been really impressed with what I have purchased so far. I have the Ragnarok Thor, Ragnarok Hela, Captain Marvel and today I received my supreme knight batman and every one of them is great. The level of detail is amazing and they always give you tons of accessories. I highly recommend them.

I have been of fan of Mezco Toyz for many years and have quite a collection . I collect a variety of things but favor the Horror Movie icons . It is always exciting to open up that package from Mezco and enjoy the great quality of my favorite monster icons. The new IT Mega scale is Amazing and for the Old School retro Planet of the Apes 1968 Dr. Zaurus is Fantastic.if your looking for something nice and creepy to have around your home the Exorcist doll or Annabelle might do the trick!

Whenever I order something from Mezco, I know I'm going to get a toy unlike any other. No matter how small the detail, Mezco makes toys that fans drool over and love to possess. And love to play with. That's a very important aspect to toys that other companies forget: playability. Mezco toys are fun to play with.

Shipping is always fast and any delays or changes are communicated early and often (as most products are pre-ordered). Mezco keeps its customers informed.

If I could work anywhere in the world, other than where I work now, I'd want to work at Mezco. I imagine it would be like working at Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory, only with a bit less chocolate and a bunch more superheros, animated characters, knife-wielding lunatics, and the occasional giant, boombox-toting, samurai cockroach.

So, I ordered complete set of 'The Addams Family' figures. I was incredibly excited to finally be able to have a complete set of the whole spooky family. I loved how detailed the set looked and everything that I saw online was great. Here's the thing: EVERYTHING posted about this set online makes the figures look MUCH, MUCH, MUCH bigger than they actually are. I was expecting regular sized figures, especially since they are 5 point articulation. When the figures came, I was incredibly disappointed to find that they're literally no bigger than a Happy Meal toy. Maybe I missed something somewhere or didn't know what this company produces as I'm a first time customer but I paid $110 for a set of figures that are tiny. Ridiculous.

Words can’t express how happy I am with Mezco Toyz. The quality they put into their products is refreshing to see. I have yet to regret any purchase I’ve made. Plus on more than one occasion I’ve screwed up an order. I called to let them know I’m incapable of a simple online order and they fixed the issue for me with the speed and grace of a ninja. I tip my hat to you Mezco! Well done!

I have been a client of Mezco Toyz for a long time and I am so disappointed about their awful customer service, they are really bad, they ignore you and do not respond at all.

Independent on their great figures, the company needs to learn the basics on customer services.

I ordered two items from Mezco at the same time, as I have never ordered from them before I made sure to read through the shipping details before i placed my order. As you can see below it states that items that are in stock with a buy it now feature sbips immediately. I placed my order on Aug 24th, which I received an email with a tracking number, a week later still no package and fed x shows item never shipped. Call and emailed Mezco, they sent an email stating that the had shipped out another one that day. End of week fed x shows item was never picked up, called Mezco and I was told they need to ship their product from 1 warehouse to another and it should ship by the end of that week. Here we are now on the 17th of September and I'm now told they are still waiting and I my istem should ship by the end of the month. So they take my money right away and state they ship immediately yet it's going to be well over a month before I may see my item.

Ok so someone in the family loves the child’s play films so thought for a birthday present a official Chucky doll would be a great idea, so I found one a mezco Chucky before he was evil that talks from a Mezco dealer, ordered it was just short of £100 it turned up fast, it was left in its well packed box after quick inspection all looked good, now 5 days later was the birthday all good they loved it, but soon to find out that it worked saying 2 things from the film but if switched to on it would say half of what it was saying in demo mode and cut off, we changed the batteries but still the same problem, so was going to get some more batteries later in the day Incase the new ones were duds, so got back to looking at it we moved his head and it fell off ok we thought it probably just popped out of the joint, had a closer look and the joint had snapped, now this was with in 5 mins of taking Chucky out of the box, very unhappy with this and the dealer doesn’t want to know, I am sharing my experience with Mezco items unfortunately I ordered another mezco doll before all this happened and I hope it’s not the same.
