The company does not stand behind their product

The rangefinder worke ok initially. It was never as good as the more expensive competitors and the ranges varied from 2-10 y. Then it suddenly started flashing an error message. I called MG Gollf and they said to send it in. There were were 2 nicks in plastic covering (though no dents) which they said was evidence of being dropped. To me it looked like wear. I adamantly denied this and said I used it only on the golf course grass anyway. At this point i had used the rangefinder a handful of times. They said there was nothing they would do for me.
I have been there customer for more than 20 years and they dropped me without a second thought. This is first time I had ever made a return or a complaint. I plan to never do business with this company again.

Incorrect personalization on golf gloves…

Received two golf gloves with upside down personalized printing on them. When I contacted the company to advise them the printing was upside down, they said it was my fault, there was nothing they were willing to do and that I should just use the gloves even though the printing was upside down. I then returned both gloves to the President of the company advising him of the following:
1. The directions on their website were unclear and they should consider rewriting them.
2. If I followed the suggestion of their customer care dept and kept the gloves, I would just be aggravated each time I took a shot and looked down on the upside down printing.
I then received a call from their customer care dept saying they received my letter to the President and offered me two options:
1. The gloves were if no value to them because of the personalization on them, so they would send them back to me even though I made it clear in my letter to the President that this option was unacceptable.
2. They would send me a refund but would deduct a restocking charge. This makes no sense since they had just advised me the gloves were of no value to them.
I told the representative that neither option was acceptable and that I would no longer do business with them.
