I had a great experience renting…

I had a great experience renting through MHS Letting. From the beginning of my tenancy until the end, the team was approachable, professional, and always willing to help. Whenever I encountered any issues, they were addressed promptly and resolved efficiently, which made my tenancy stress-free.

I really appreciated the clear communication and the level of support provided throughout my time as a tenant. Thank you to everyone at MHS Letting for making my tenancy such a positive experience. It was a pleasure renting through your agency, and I wish the team continued success in the future.

To be expected for a student landlord

Reply times to maintenance requests vary so much. Issues could be fixed within a day or take 2 months.

And the communication is very poor. Always blaming someone else for issues.
