I ordered a Christmas sweatshirt and pajamas from Mia Belle Girls in October. It is now 12/17 and I still have not received either item. I was emailed a tracking number at the first of December but it still shows the package is waiting to be shipped. I have emailed the company, and attempted to contact them twice through social media platforms with no response. I have now reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Please do not do business with this company! They will just take your money.

2 different orders placed WEEKS AGO. First order arrived with the incorrect items. Second order is lost it seems, tracking number “unknown” and “not found.” Reached out to customer service email with no real response. The customer service responded with the tracking number of the second order, completely ignoring the fact that my first order arrived with incorrect items. Not even the same sizes that I need. This was a gift and is embarrassing. Worst company, worst customer service. Avoid at all cost.

My twins girls were gifted with this brand of clothes and I am really surprse about the quality!! Clothes are amazing and very girly.!! I can't wait for my girls to get some more from this brand! I will be using discount codes!!

I have been a loyal customer of Mia Belle for many years and spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on their clothing for my girls. Sadly, the quality has really gone down hill. After just one wash the clothing looks years old and raggy. It's also not always as pictured, especially the shoes. My biggest issue is the HORRIBLE customer service. They cannot be bothered with you! You are treated like absolute garbage! I placed an order on 9/3/24 for 2 Halloween costumes and all their accessories and it was a big order. The website stated, "SHIPS NEXT DAY." After almost 3 weeks waiting I emailed customer service inquiring about my order and was told it was delayed and will arrive soon. I had a scheduled photo shoot and needed the costumes and only ordered them due to their "SHIPS NEXT DAY" advertisement. I asked for my order to be cancelled as I now had to order elsewhere and was told it couldn't be cancelled and I can return it when it arrives. After SEVEN WEEKS the items came. I returned immediately and eventually they issued me a gift card. Refused to refund my original payment method. I have spent the last MONTH trying to get help. They have no phone numbers at all. DOZENS of emails go unanswered and the facebook messages are a joke. This company is awful and lost a very loyal customer. I write this review to warn everyone so no one ever has to go through what I have. Shame on this company! Lastly, wanted to mention how sad their shipping is. I ordered two pairs of $70 boots that were put loose in a plastic bag (no padding/tissue/boxes etc) all wrapped up with yellow packaging tape. The boots were all beat up and damaged. You wait WEEKS for items for that arrival! Do not waste your time with this company and find one that actually values their customers!

I ordered 3 pair of shoes in May 2024 and as of Nov 21st, 2024 I still haven't received part of the order. I got a response offering me a credit then they never issued the credit. There is no phone number to call so I guess I'm eating a $60 pair of boots. I've ordered from them in the past, but never again

Lesson learned this time. Burned again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Perfect and stylish outfits you will not find in general. I love the shoes and dress matching sets which I had bought for my 6 years old back to school. I love Mia belle girls ❤️

I ordered and received the cutest Snow White dress for my grand-daughter - the material and lining was awesome. A week later I received a second Snow White dress that I did not order nor had I been charged. I reached out to the company and offered to pay for it; I would plan to give it to another grand-daughter. I received an email thanking me for contacting them and said that I could keep the dress at no charge - consider it a gift. Not only is the quality amazing the customer service is excellent!! Thank you Mia Belle Baby!!!

I’ve ordered several items from MiaBelle Girls from outfits both for my toddler girl and me to shoes and I’m very impressed by the quality. I have another order on the way and I can’t wait to put these outfits on my baby girl. I totally recommend the store!

It took 3 weeks to receive a pair of ballet flats and when they arrived, they had a strap that was sewn in twisted, so my daughter couldn't wear them. I saw that they ran small, so I ordered a size up, but they were still way too small. There was also dried glue all along where the sole joined the shoe. I sent images to get our refund, but they made us also go through the trouble of returning them to get the refund, even though it was very clear that the strap on one shoe was sewn in twisted. And it did take them well over a week to respond to my initial email.

Placed an order on 9/17/24 for two items. I was told items would ship in 14-21 days.
It is now 11/2. I have sent 4 emails requesting updates. They shipped one item but still have not gotten back to me on the other. Last request was to just cancel the order. All I hear is crickets! Very poor customer service .

I ordered an angel, princess-unicorn Halloween costume for my granddaughter in September. I have ordered from this company before; however, my last two orders have been unsatisfactory. The clothes that said size 3T were actually too big and seemed to fit a toddler wearing a 5 T. The order for Halloween mentioned above did not reach me until October & when it did, it was the wrong order. When I looked on the website, it said the order was sold out. That is when my problems with this company began. One, I was unable to reach them via any communication; Two, I then had to dispute the item with my bank. Once I did that; the company emailed me a return postage. I returned the item to get my full refund; however, the company contacted my bank claiming I received the correct order & closed my dispute. Now, not only am I out of $75, I don’t even have the incorrect order that was mailed to me since I returned it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A FRAUD.

They have the cutest clothes for little girls! I was so excited when my righter was able to fit on them and the quality is good!

Ordered a dress in Sept for my granddaughter to go to see Taylor Swift in late Oct. said it would come Oct 8 gave them plenty time and emailed them. They said due to the hurticane they are running late. But hurricane was week after Oct 8. So they were using that excuse. I explained why important we recieve it by the 24th as flying out the 25th. They said it should be on way. It never said coming. As a business owner myself I would of gone found that order and overnighted it to make customer happy. It never came in time. Thankfully we had a backup dress but was so disappointing that it came while we were gone! Plus it looks nothing like in picture! Yes it has fringe that moves like TS in fearless but the background shows so much when not moving and that isnt seen in picture. Will never order from Mia Belle girls ever again.

I love their clothing line! My daughter and nieces love their clothes so much. Not only do they look sooo adorable but their clothes are comfortable as well!
