Unfortunate experience dealing with this dealer. We had agreed a deal on an Aston Martin Rapide he had in stock, which included a part exchange. We had been going back and forth on the vehicle, and had put everything in motion with the broker to facilitate the deal on the Aston Martin.

I had voiced I had a passing in my family this morning, and that I would be a bit delayed in my response, but assured that the broker would be in touch to obtain the necessary invoice for the vehicle.

Unfortunately, I received a text message some 7 hours later from the dealer to tell me he's sold the car, and to give my broker the heads up.

Quite frankly, this is completely unprofessional. Buyer beware!

The whole buying experience I received for M I Carz was excellent!!

The 2nd hand car I bought was exactly to the spefication I required (18 plate Skoda Octavia).

The description of the car given on the internet said the car was in really good condition, it certainly was and in my opinion it exceeded the description.

I have driven the car now for a few month covering several thousand miles, I cannot fault anything.

I took the vehicle for it mot a few months later, it passed with no faults found.

Overall I got a great car from great company, who had great personnel.

Well done MI carz

The Mercedes class S was delivered with hidden electric and mechanic failures. I transported the car to the official Mercedes Dealer for B1 servicing and they found serious issues. The MI CARZ refused to send me their RAC policy warranty number.
