As an aesthetician for 18 years, I know how important it is to start with clean skin for healthy skin. After Clarisonic went out of business, I was searching for another cleansing brush that would compare, and Michael Todd Beauty sonic cleansing brush does an amazing job. I love that it uses sonic vibration to flush out the pores, has a brush head that will not hold bacteria and oscillates rather than spinning around and around which is gentler on the skin. This is a must if you want healthy skin. I recommend this brush to all my clients.
The customer service is top notch. They get back to you very quickly and are willing to resolve any issue you might have! Thank you so much for making it an incredible product and customer service that is almost unheard of nowadays!

The package arrived on time but damaged I tried the machine but it does not turn on the package arrived broken it is not good service or recommended if you get the things broken or damaged

Terrible customer service - their website froze up on me while trying to order so I shut down and resubmitted my order then realized I was charged twice. I called immediately to cancel the order and report what had happened. They insisted on charging me return shipping when this was not my fault. I won't be doing further business with this company

Absolutely the best customer service. Kaylee was so helpful sweet and fully understand my issue and through a couple of emails that were answered quickly and a couple of phone calls my issue was solved..I highly recommend Michael Todd products and their customer service is top notch Thank you Kaylee for all your help 😊

I love the way the sonic smooth pro plus makes my skin feel. Customer service is great. When I had a problem they took care of it and sent me a new one right away.

I received my sonicsmooth Pro+ and was having difficulty getting the device to charge in the charger. I contacted customer service and Marie responded promptly and offered to replace the device for me. Can’t wait to get the new one to start using it!

I contacted Michael Todd Beauty customer service about an issue I was having with a sonicare brush I bought a few months back. I got a response from customer service within a few hours with a resolution to my issue. These days, good customer service seems to be hard to find (especially dealing with a real person-not AI). I was so pleased to receive a quick resolution to my issue. I highly recommend Michael Todd Beauty!!

Unfortunately after a few months, my facial brush just stopped holding a charge. I contacted the company and they are promptly sending me a new one. I am so happy about this because I’ve received so many compliments on how great my skin looks since discovering Michael Todd Beauty. Great skin care is very important to me. I love Michael Todd’s products and how they follow up. Thank you

Then I get a missed phone call from USA saying their from support@ micheal todd beauty and wanting me to call them back to discuss the purchasing of this item .....im from the UK im not calling USA from my mobile (i dont have a landline) and why discuss it ??....I would like to buy this item! please if you are a genuine company please send the 15% welcome discount (for new customer)

I emailed twice since with no reply whatsoever....but I keep getting email after email of offers for other products of theirs which im not interested in ( at least not at the moment)

Very impressive customer service.
I have been loving my Sonicsmooth Pro+ and have actually purchased several for family and friends. Unfortunately I had a problem with the handle on mine so contacted Michael Todd and received an immediate reply saying they’d replace it. How refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its products 100%. Thank you.

My Sonic Smooth Pro Plus does not charge. I reached out and they gave me the option to have it replaced at no cost

This product doesn't do what it advertises. Doesn't catch all hairs, causes a stubbly appearance, causes ingrowns. Unless you put it on the highest setting, it does absolutely nothing. And even on the highest setting, it's real hit and miss. Would not buy again.

I've been very impressed with Michael Todd Beauty. At first, I didn't understand the features of my Soniclear Elite since I was a previous Clarisonic user. The agents who assisted me via email walked me through the features and got me up and running with my Soniclear, which I absolutely love! I have really noticed a change in my skin. So they have great products, and equally great customer service - glad I took a chance on Michael Todd Beauty!

I love how it makes my skin feel!! I bought two and one doesn’t charge but they are sending a new one. I was a little disappointed when I realized it doesn’t rotate but have since decided I like the vibrations. Great product and customer service.

I purchased my unit a year ago and love the results I get when I use it once a month. My face is so smooth and soft and my makeup goes on flawlessly. I recently tried to charge my unit and it was unresponsive. I got online and emailed the company and they are shipping me a new unit today. I bought both of my daughters a Sonicsmooth Pro as well. Neither of them have had an issue with charging theirs. Who knows why mine didn't work. All I know is that this company stands behind their product. It was a positive experience all the way around.
