Deborah was so very helpful and came to my rescue to solve an issue I had regarding a tag for my puppy. I was so frustrated trying to resolve the problem with two other members of staff who just couldn’t understand the issue and seemed incapable of resolving it for me. One call from Deborah was all it took! With her lovely friendly and professional manner, she resolved the problem within minutes and restored my faith in the company. Deborah is a real asset to Microchip Central!

Jasmine, took charge of the change of ownership, then gave me the full info and then arranged to call me to take the admin fee and make sure everything was in order. I didn’t want a premium account or pet insurance and got confused by the website but Jasmine came thru. Thanks and kind regards

Made transferring a pet into my name so easy, gave them the information they needed they contacted the previous owner and kept me up to date with everything and despite it not being a very easy process I didn’t have to deal with any of it. Situation sorted with a matter of days and I didn’t have to chase after emails or phone calls. Thank you very much to the gent who helped with everything I would highly recommend Microchip central!

I needed a replacement tag for our dog and sent an email to Microchip to ask for instructions of how to do so. Daniel from Microchip responded with clear and helpful instructions the next day.
