They had some shipping issues
They had some shipping issues and I have seen negative reviews which had similar issues with this company. I had to ring the courier service tk find out why my parcel has not arrived just to find out microdream hasn't sent it to the courier yet.i canceled my order as I needed the item within the week

Still not received my parcel
Still not received my parcel, DPD failed twice, I then paid for delivery to find out they took my money, but the item was sent back. Unable to contact Micro Dream Ltd. Lost money and laptop.
It has taken you 3 months to respond toy messages.

DPD attempted delivery twice, but the parcel could not be delivered as no one was available to receive it. Tracking also shows the delivery was rearranged for 21 January 2026, but the parcel was still missed and was then returned to us.
Once the parcel arrived back with MicroDream, a refund was processed.
Good experience
PC came alot earlier than I expected, which was a welcome surprise.
My only issue is that the pc did not come with built in WiFi & Bluetooth. The WiFi adapter provided was a 2.4ghz WiFi adapter, which was really poor, I had to go buy a 5ghz one myself.
This was probably advertised before I bought it but I just think when your spending that amount of money it should come fully ready - apart from that buzzing with the pc and the experience. Would order with micro dream again.

Laptop didn’t disappoint
Needed a replacement laptop but didn’t want to spend a lot £’s.. I found Microdream during a google search and after reading reviews decided to order a refurbished HP laptop. Delivery was about 7 days. The condition was like new. I paid £162 and was very surprised and happy with the laptop I received. Absolutely no appearance of being used. Easy to set up and I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to others who need a laptop.

Refurb laptop
Laptop quality and condition was almost perfect, although anti slip pads on the underside were broken.
Delivery was suppose to be next day, but took a week to arrive.
Other than that - very happy.
