I recently bought a Dell laptop from this company. For a whole one week prior to order I was in communication with them to find out if MS Office is included in the laptop with lifetime validity. The company official Arthur implied everytime that "yes MS Office is pre installed ". Only when the computer was delivered I was able to find out that a subscription of Bhd 42.9 is required for MS Office. The support email from the company has gone silent. Shame on the company for deceiving online customers and running away from their commitments. Beware!
I very recently bought a dell laptop 16251 in Bahrain. The order number was 1071775. The computer was delivered yesterday and I would like to share how a Microless official used deception to close the sale. The company official Arthur who acts in the capacity of sales person, support team and possibly the owner hid essential information and only released it after the product was delivered. While inquiring about computer I asked in different emails for clarity if the computer has MS Office with lifetime validity, this company official insisted everytime that "yes MS Office is pre installed". When I started the computer I was shocked to see a prompt requiring BHD 42.9 for yearly subscription. I repeatedly wrote my requirement categorically in several emails. In one of my emails this person again implied that my understanding about MS Office was correct but as soon as the computer was delivered he spilled the beans and started to give details about paid subscription which he was hiding earlier. I got extremely frustrated and even asked for return of the product after which Microless support email has gone silent. I will take the matter to consumer protection bureau in Dubai for accountability.
For all prospective buyers beware as this company uses deception tactics to encourage online sales and later runs away

This is to update my recent experience with Microless after I reported the above review. Ms Zahra from customer support contacted immediately after I posted the review. She was highly professional and courteous and followed up all the way till MS Office was successfully shared and installed. Surprisingly I see a 180 degree shift for better in Microless client dealing. I do understand that the company went out of way to fulfill something that was implied by initial sales person. I am sure that this will be seen as an improvement opportunity for the company to elevate client experience and expectations.

The company operates in Europe but doesn't operate in Euro's so they took my order, couldn't fulfil it which cost me ~€10 between the different currency concerns. Told me to talk to my bank when I complained. Totally unsatisfactory and I checked here before buying. Buyer BEWARE. Things that are 'in stock' are not always 'in stock' and it will cost you.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Microless. I bought the new Shure MV7+ (Order #[1056052]), and the unit was Dead on Arrival (DOA). Despite providing clear video evidence of the hardware failure, the response has been slow and unsatisfactory.
As an international customer in Kenya, I expected a professional and swift resolution for a high-end, expensive product. I'm going to contact Shure Global and Shure Middle East regarding this defective unit.
Also I am currently preparing a formal complaint for the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
I will update this review once a concrete resolution (immediate replacement) is provided. Until then, I advise international buyers to be cautious!!!

Ordered a computer screen and other items, supposed to be same day delivery, well within the cut off time for the day.
Has not arrived over 2 days later, customer service do not take is seriously, and are unprofessional. Better to order else where, from somewhere reliable.
