Three stars...The games are slightly overpriced, even the second hand ones and it has all become quite generic. I remember back in the day going to indy game stores and enjoying the initial passion of finding unique or rare games for a decent price. Micromania pretty much took over on all independent gaming stores. This is where we are at in 2025, generic pop figures and a blasé and uninterested staff... would not recommend. Find these games cheaper online.

Incompetent, useless, and not helpful.
They have a product that I'm looking for in their branch of another city in France. The branch near me doesn't have it. I ask my branch to order it for me internally, sorry can't do. I contact customer service, and they say "If the option is not offered when you purchase on our site, it means that your request cannot be fulfilled. I will leave you to go to our site to try to place an order."

They prefer to have a product rusting on their shelves rather than find a way to provide it to those seeking it, within the same country, under the same brand.

Alright so I am 14 year old from London I’m visiting France for a week because my relatives there and me my uncle n my little brother went to this shopping centre in the north area of the city Grenoble were me n my little brother saw a game shop and we love playing games so when we went there and started looking around for about 3 mins my uncle called us out because he said that the white worker there thought we were tryna steal something and kept on looking at us then when we went near the exit of the centre he followed us secretly and I pulled out a deck of cards I got from a Burger King jr meal and he throught that was something I stole when we told him it wasn’t he kept on insisting and my uncle was defending us as well as he could the worker embarrassed us infront of the whole mall thjen finnaly left when security guy came also keep in mind m n my entire family are of Pakistani origins and the worker was white male and this behaviour can be deemed racist as there were other white Kids in that shop that looked dodgy but the white worker came after us.

Unfortunately my six year old son was cheated on. During our vacation in France he bought an accessory for Lego Mario in a specialist shop. At home we found that the main part was missing from the packaging. the packaging had already been opened once and professionally sealed and taped again. I wrote many emails asking for a solution. I rarely got an answer and it was always unsatisfactory. I would never set foot in one of these branches again and would strongly advise anyone not to. Micromenia has clearly made a mistake here and is unable to rectify it. It is unfortunate that profits are illegally made here at the expense of small children!

I ordered and paid a product which was supposed to arrive 2 days later. Now a week later I am still waiting and have no news when to expect the delivery.
