I bought a vibe powerbox amplifier with DSP. The package arrived quickly without any problems. The problem occurred when I contacted Midbass (Vibe audio) to return the purchased amplifier. It took them over a week to send a return label. I sent the product back quickly after receiving the return label. Now the whole process takes almost three weeks and I can't wait for a refund. Ciaran who is probably responsible for product returns is not helpful, he replies to emails with a lot of delay and is simply unprofessional. I decided to contact PayPal for a refund. I opened a case and the money could be in my account at any time if Midbass showed a bit of good will and contacted PayPal. I do not recommend buying from Midbass. If someone is going to buy anything from their offer, buy through ebay or Amazon so that in the event of warranty repairs or returns of purchased products there will be no problems.
