We have recently purchased a Parker…

We have recently purchased a Parker Knowle two seater sofa. It has met and exceeded all our expectations. The service we received from Paul was exceptional. He showed us furniture in a friendly, non hurried manner. He listened to all of our requirements and met them with products which most suited us. The delivery was timely and carefully carried out.

I visited the Midfurn furniture…

I visited the Midfurn furniture superstore ( Alcester ) on Friday 27th February 2026 to look into ordering a new bed . I was looking around the store and a member of staff asked me if they could help me . I explained to the member of staff what my requirements were . The member of staff went to get Jeremy for me . I explained to Jeremy what i was looking for . Jeremy was very helpful and friendly in guiding me through the different styles and prices of beds . I have ordered a new bed from Midfurns . I must say that i found all the staff that i dealt with on my visit very helpful and friendly . I will certainly go back to Midfurn furniture superstore for any other furniture requirements that i will require for the future . Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Shockingly poor attitude from the owner — completely unacceptable behaviour

We visited this shop today and was taken aback by the way we were spoken to the moment we walked in. Instead of a simple welcome, the owner immediately made assumptions about who we were and what we were doing there. Later, he doubled down by suggesting we were “scoping the whole shop,” a comment that was both baseless and insulting.

He advised that he's been in the industry for 30 years and knows how "normal" customers look around the shop. We are busy business owners who tend to know what we want & dont have time to browse a shop for hours on end!

It is genuinely staggering that in this day and age the owner chose to treat us with suspicion rather than the basic courtesy any customer should expect. For a business that claims to operate at a premium level, the attitude we encountered was the complete opposite. Professionalism should not be selective or conditional — it should apply to every person who walks through the door, without exception.

This experience left a very negative impression, and I would urge others to be aware of the way customers are judged and spoken to here.

What you will notice the glowing reviews of this company are from customers who have only have reviewed one company, the bad reviews all come from customers who have reviewed many companies. Possibly paid reviews.. Please do read Ian Richards review below, does seem like the owner has a pattern of this.

I cannot say enough good things about…

I cannot say enough good things about this furniture store! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the quality, style, and variety of their pieces. Every item feels thoughtfully designed, well-crafted, and built to last. Whether you’re looking for something modern, classic, or totally unique, they truly have it all.

What really sets this place apart is the customer service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I needed—no pressure, just great advice and attention to detail. They took the time to understand my space, style, and budget, which made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Delivery was smooth, on time, and handled with care. Everything arrived in perfect condition and looked even better in my home than it did in the showroom.

If you’re looking for high-quality furniture and an exceptional shopping experience, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know!

I came across this company whilst…

I came across this company whilst browsing through social media. Me and my wife decided to pay a visit to the store to take a look as we were after a new dining table.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very lovely salesman called Jeremy who made us feel very welcome and could not be more helpful when it came to showing us around the different makes and styles of dining tables, he really knew his stuff and the background to all makes and styles.

We were honestly blown away by the professionalism and help that we were offered. We then spent some time deciding on the the right table for us which we then purchased and received really fast delivery and excellent set up from the delivery team

All round amazing company, 10/10 and would definitely use this company again

I recently took delivery of my lovely new Italian dining furniture from midfurn. The quality is fantastic and it’s probably the best piece of furniture I’ve ever invested in! The delivery was seamless and the drivers were great. The sales experience was also fab, Jeremy was helpful and friendly and gave me all the information i could have wanted and more. He even gave me a nice coffee and biscuit. I will definitely be back for my bedroom furniture as there was a huge range to pick from and a few pieces have caught my eye! Thanks midfurn!

Midfurn Furniture Store is simply…

Midfurn Furniture Store is simply breath-taking. The interior of the building is stunning and is packed full of the most luxurious brands on the planet.

Owners Jez and Ben are always on hand to give you a warm welcome on arrival and their knowledge of each item of furniture is second to none. Salesman Paul puts the icing on the cake with his superb customer service.

This store, on the border of Warwickshire and Worcestershire, not only sells high-end furniture, but it also sells the most delightful lights, mirrors and artefacts.

Visiting Midfurn is a must if you want the very best furniture at knock-down prices.

Sometimes these family run businesses just get it right..


It isn't often i feel compelled to write a review, but this store its customer service , the opulent setting, and extensive range of high end furniture has really stood out to me.

I've seen these guys on Instagram and the store looks very impressive on there, but i have to say still doesn't fully capture the whole experience which was incredible.

I found the staff not just customer focused but Customer obsessed delivering a best in class retail experience.

I purchased a Natuzzi corner group, seamless experience from start to finish.

Keep up the good work because this is what best in class feels and looks like.

Went to Midfurn to buy electric…

Went to Midfurn to buy electric recliner chair for parents as they are now getting to the point of needing the assistance that these chairs provide. They had received a home visit from a very pushy sales rep from a specialist home care provider , but were unhappy with the pushy nonsense they were told. Midfurn's attitude was the total opposite- helpful intelligent guidance with no pressure- the only thing the Midfurn rep wanted was us to get exactly the right chair for their needs. The deal offered was competitive, the chair was delivered by professional staff ahead of time who took the time to ensure it was fully functional and the controls were explained- Totally wonderful service and the best coffee and biscuits too!!!!

The best customer service

Bought a mattress from here. Honestly the best customer service I’ve received from any furniture company . Super helpful without being pushy !
The store is beautiful, lots of sofas , tables and beds to pick from. I can’t wait to go back a find a sofa.
You even get a coffee and biscuits !

Not too happy in store when ordering…

Not too happy in store when ordering the piece of furniture for which the sales person added something at the very end of the process : £98.00 for delivery. We questioned this and he discounted it by 50%. Perhaps a review of this is needed - both the cost and the way it was added at the end. The piece of furniture was just a tv unit (very heavy I accept) but no installation or build was necessary.

After that though the delivery time was met, the contact in the office arranging delivery and the actual delivery itself ... Very good indeed. happy.

Trustworthy

What makes a good company is how they treat you when things go wrong...my sherbourne suite wasn't up to scratch and they went out of there way to deal with my problem,sherbourne agreeing to take my suite and asses it.
The outcome isn't the point...they were helpful,approachable and really helped me.
Definitely use them again.
Well done midfurns.

Do not buy from them

Terrible at Installation (completely crooked), terrible staff (one nearly threatened me, and since then they apologised for their behaviour but left with poor installation and dirt left behind.

Purchased 2 x Duresta Sofas. Excellent Experience

Had looked at various furniture shops before I visited Midfurn who were instantly a very welcoming environment. Paul was fantastic professional and knowledgeable and was not at all pushy there was no pressure to purchase. I ordered two Duresta sofas which were made more quickly than expected and Midfurn stored them for me until my house was ready. Excellent customer service from start to finish, would definitely recommend this furniture store.

Poor quality products and terrible…

Poor quality products and terrible customer service. They tried to blame us for their faulty product without ever bothering to even examine it. We took them to court and won our case - including full refund and costs. The worst retailer we have ever encountered.

Bought a £2.5K sofa, arrived damaged and now its off to court to get a refund

two years later - I finally get awarded a refund from my credit card company for being mis sold and dud sofa
Bought a £2.5K sofa. It arrived damaged and within a week it was showing signs that the padding wasnt fit for purpose. the sofs sits at two heights (3 inches difference in height) and that is apprently something that a sofa within a few more weeks the electric headrest also started to fail. They refused any refunds and openly admit, they think that all this is accpetable for a £2.5K sofa. an attitude of "thats what you paid for". My friends have the same brand, 8 years old, daily use and the padding etc all fine. Hence my choosing this brand and the shop upon thier recommendaitons.
When they saw the state of what was delivered, they were shocked at teh shoddy workmanship of a premium product.
Even the shops own staff said its faulty, but the owner refuses to resolve the problem.

Very rude and swore at myself and my…

Very rude and swore at myself and my wife when leaving.
When we walked through the store door the sales guy, which I now think is the owner, pounced on us immediately and bombarded us with questions, it was like an interrogation. He hounded us several times while walking round the store. We would have liked to buy a 3 piece suite, and were interested in the electrical recliner options.
We could not get a straight answer with the price. Only what the usual price is, followed by some sort of discount, with a promise of further discount if we purchase today.
When we asked for price differences he rapidly reeled off numbers but it was very difficult to work out the individual item costs and then the overall price of a 3 seater, a 2 seater and a chair. We tried to clarify the prices as we wanted to think about the various options. It was going to be a big purchase. The today only discount was again mentioned but no indication of what it was. We said, we think what we are looking for, you priced at £5,969. He then said I can give a discount if you buy today. We asked what is the the discount, and he answered quite sharply, ‘pick your fabric and I’ll tell you”. When I asked further questions he would respond with “I’ve already told you that… We felt a little intimidated and could not just sit there being treated like school kids so we decided to leave. The sales guy followed us to the door berating us, as I opened the door for my wife he showered me with profanities using the four letter word.

Very Rude and Obnoxious Owner

My wife and I visited this place while looking for a six chair dining table. We found something we likes but the table and chairs were very expensive. There was some discount applied but when I asked him for his best price he took offence, and after huffing and puffing knocked another £100 off - this was a £6,500 spend by the way, even after the initial discount. He left us to think about it for about 15 minutes while he went to serve someone else. My wife and I wanted a little more time to think so informed him that we were going to pick something up from the garden centre and would come back and look again, we just wanted to have some time to consider before making a decision. We informed him that we were going to do this and his response was "I don't do business like that, i'ts the deal now or there was no deal". I said we only wanted another hour to go away and then come back and look again. He replied, 'well that's the price now, not when you come back very sharply!" I said, don't worry, we wont be coming back now and we both walked out. We were both flabbergasted and couldn't believe that he spoke to us this way. I manage a European sales team of over sixty people and have been in sales all of my life. I have always gone by the notion that if you give a good experience to someone you are trying to sell to and they walk away feeling that they have enjoyed that experience, you will at some point get them back. The opposite of course has the same effect but the other way. If I ever find out that one of my sales team spoke to a potential customer like that they would be down the road! The end result was that I went and found the table and chairs elsewhere, paid the same price and was very happy with the service and delivery. Bad news travels fast and believe me its out there!
