Had a problem regarding security around the property, spoke to several people from midland heart and just seemed I was getting passed from pillar to post without getting anywhere, then out of nowhere I was contacted by a lady called Anthea, we had a chat on the phone and that same afternoon Anthea visited the property and assured me she’d get the issue resolved, and a little time after that it was finally done, I was losing all faith in midland heart to be totally honest, but Anthea has restored that, It’s reassuring to know there is somebody at the company that carries out there promises, she’s been a total star from day one, and she’s an absolute credit to the company, if anybody from midland heart reads this, please pass on my thanks to Anthea for all her help, And if Midland Heart employed more people like her, they’d be much the better for it. I would like to say a huge thank you to Callum and Kully for the excellent job they did repairing my fence panels. They were both so friendly, polite and professional from start to finish. They took great pride in their work, explained everything clearly, and the quality of the repair is fantastic. They left everything tidy when they had finished, and nothing was too much trouble. They are a real credit to the housing association, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Thank you both for your hard work!

I would like to take this moment to say a BIG massive Thank You to Mr Abdul Aziz for his kindness inwhich he came out to my home to install cat spikes on my back garden fence,
Abdul also done it alone in this hot weather bless him.
My family and I are so greatful he has given us hope that we can once again start using our garden as for many months we have not had access to it ..

Citizens advice have advised Sharon too formally make a complaint in writing stating the facts over 5 years,
After a call from Midland Heart Sharon and I were confused, due to the rain coming in kitchen unable to be used, Sharon asked why are they patching ceiling, good Question, need to stop leaks first, 3 scaffold platforms and numerous members of staff have visited property.....
After 5 years Sharon now wants some form of redress, photos have been supplied, Sharon formally request contact and visit from Midland Heart senior staff too discuss 5 years compensation

I called because the city council had incorrectly removed me from their records, although I have lived there for fifteen years. Kosar in the Customer Hub was extremely helpful and sent me proof of tenancy within ten minutes, Thank you

We're delighted to say that we've found engineer Daniel (he's attended a couple of times) and also Gary helpful, interested, polite, professional and very approachable. Thank you. Jagjit was wonderful when he came to check out the damp and mould. He was very helpful and informative. Gave a lot of tips on how to avoid any future problems and overall was a friendly presence. Nothing seemed a burden even when I asked questions regarding matters which were not of his faculty.

Midland heart staff were very friendly and clear re the job they would be undertaking(repairing kitchen cupboard doors) the job itself didn't take long so I was not inconvenienced and the carpenter left everything tidy. A great service all in all.

I was told my shower needed a new pressure vowel so it wasn’t fixed and I was told an electrician would be booked however I wasn’t told about when that will happen and it’s been a week now
