Found the company online and spoke to Jemma who answered a number of questions I had about my potential order. She was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with which gave me the confidence to place the order over the phone. The garden furniture arrived as arranged. There was a slight manufacturing problem with one of the chairs which was replaced very promptly. Overall a great family run business, competitively priced and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this company.

Having previously had issues with pallet deliveries from another garden furniture specialist I was slightly apprehensive on ordering large garden furniture again however I cannot fault at any point the service I have received from Midlands and in particular Jemma. Five star customer service all the way through from placing the order to communication on delivery and ultimately being satisfied with my furniture! Will be looking to Midlands for any future orders.

This family run firm really went the extra mile. We wanted some garden furniture delivering in a hurry and Jemma could not have been more helpful in making this happen. Very happy with the service from Midland Cane Furniture.
Brought a fire pit set and parasol heater recently, Delivered quickly with friendly and helpful drivers who placed items in my garden.
Unfortunately, the parasol heater did not fit( not their fault, as I should have checked the measurements),so I contacted them to return it.
Process was quick and simple, small return cost.
All sorted now enjoying my set.
would not go any where else for garden furniture.

I managed to track down some furniture which I had been after for a while, and Darren and his team could do not do enough to help - firstly checking they definitely had the item in stock (he checked and called me back in 15 mins) and then arranging delivery. Excellent, friendly service and great product. I would definitely recommend and will use again.

Fantastic service professional from the Midlands Conservatory Furniture. We live in Lancaster but this was no problem. I will definitely be using them again when I need further Kettler garden furniture. Really appreciate the updates and the prompt conscientious service.
