Avoid this company at all costs !!!
If I could give negative stars I would.

They took my money for removing and relocating my possessions yet cancelled only 48 hours before the move.

They continually made appointments and didn’t show up or reschedule

I was moving a considerable distance on my own and naturally I was in incredibly uncomfortable and worried if they would turn up on the day.

Two days before my move they canceled my removal and have kept my money as they felt I was too pushy .

I have tried to communicate via many methods but met with silence.

As another client said , Adam boasts about their awards but taking a retired person’s money is not award worthy, it’s criminal.

I have had to engage a solicitor to recover my money .

Also I plan to approach the trading standards as they should not be allowed to treat people in this way

Please stay away from them .

Absolute shocking service we received yesterday on our moving day. Upon booking as this company was recommended to us, I spoke with Adam over the phone. We booked and paid for 2 vans, however on the day the removal men arrived late and with only 1 small van. When trying to contact Adam or Lisa we were met with silence. No answer on either contact numbers. Even the delivery men couldn't get through. After eventually getting through we were told a van would be sent in 45mins. This never happened and both Lisa and Adam never answered the phone to us again or their delivery men.

We had to do 3 trips which meant that our stress levels sky rocketed as we were supposed to be out by 1pm and we didn't get out until past 7pm. Thankfully we had a nice buyer that understood our problem.

Hats off to the two delivery men that worked so hard, I felt sorry for them that their employer left them in the lurch and couldn't care less about how long they worked.

Adam kept priding himself and his company for winning so many awards, I have no idea how they have won awards based on our experience. He took our money, gave us the worst experience and ran off with it.

I would recommend not using this removal company unless you want to be let down, receive poor customer care and left in the lurch. This guy is a liar!
