Fantastic service from Guy at Midlands Vehicle Glass. He was super responsive and helped me track down a replacement pane of ‘quarter glass’ that had been smashed by an errant stone. Professional installation that left my car and driveway spotless, and Guy managed to squeeze the repair in at short notice which I needed as I was about to do a three hour drive to London! If you want a hassle-free experience with a professional who cares about his work, look no further!

Absolutely outstanding service from Midlands Vehicle Glass. Noticed a crack in my windscreen on Saturday and expected a long, stressful wait, but they had everything sorted and replaced by Tuesday. They even came out to my workplace, which made the whole process ridiculously easy.

From start to finish the communication was spot on, the technician was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. The whole job took around 2 hours and was done to a really high standard, with no mess and no hassle.

Excellent service from guy at Midlands Glass. We arranged a date for a repair within the same week. I shared some images of the window damage over WhatsApp after speaking on the phone. Guy gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was 15 minutes on the day. He then worked hard to perform the repair while minimising the risk of further damage (which he explained was a risk in all cases of the type of repair). The result is excellent, and it is a pleasure to employ someone who takes such pride in their work. Well done Guy!
