Avoid this brand at any cost. We bought a fridge and washing machine from this brand with the cost of 14000 Dkk fridge and 8000 Dkk washing machine after only 5 years, both not working. And even thou some of their products have technical factories fail they avoid fixing it for you. Honestly, some brad only earn money by branding. You are one hundred times better off with chines brand. At least pay 10% of that money and work more than 4-5 years.

The meal and wine was good. (but very small don't expect to be full when you leave). My friend bought two tipster experiences - so of course we didn't expect the full monty. But this I could have done without. We got kicked out after two hours (as promised) But the service was so slow and we had to ask several times to get the next serving and anyway the rushed it in the end. They told us we could eat our dessert on the Street outside - but no thanks.. we insisted - the waiter was impolite (almost rude). We had our dessert at last, and inside, but i was under great pressure. Never again!
Worst washing machine I ever had and most expensive I ever had and worst service I ever had. I been having problems with it from day 1. Within the last year I had 2 service visits (by nice people) but they could not help me fix the machine. The last time I was told they could send one and it would only cost money if I caused the problem (by not maintaining it correctly or similar issue) but that was not true. He came and he said if you get error f212 (as I told them over the phone) it can only be fixed by dismantling the machine totally and it will cost a lot, he told me this without looking at the machine, why the hell did they send a technician to my home to tell me that, they could have done so over the phone. Now I have to pay for him coming (which I was previously told I only had to if I caused the problem) and get a new machine because it was to expensive to fix. One thing is for sure it's NOT going to be a Miele product ever again.
following the intervention of a MIELE technician on my dishwasher and who had made a diagnostic error, started again after having changed and incorrectly reassembled the pressure switch, which caused a leak in the appliance and which left in addition an estimate of 540 € for change of electronic card.
The Miele after-sales service had certified me that I myself did not change the card because supposedly had to be programmed by the technician and was delivered without installation notice (which turned out to be misinformation: I had modified and changed in 5 minutes the card but the failure was still present).
Faced with so much incompetence on the part of MIELE, I asked for a technician who in turn finally managed to repair the dishwasher in 1 day:
- it must have dried all of the components which had taken in water following the error in mounting the pressure switch by the MIELE technician
- he concluded that the failure initially came from the presostat, which the MIELE technician had suspected, but as the latter had reassembled it incorrectly, it had not generated a leak and the dishwasher continued to put itself in error due to moisture in the device.
In summary, this operation will cost me nearly € 600 whereas it was basically just a matter of changing the pressure switch .... bravo Miele ...
Just an update, all three machines have now broken in under 4 years from new. they are unrepairable and will have to all be replaced. They have ruined my floor by leaking and flooding and it will cost me thousands to fix the damage. My life has been an unrelenting misery due to these machines, my day to day activities revolving around whatever new kink in their workings they had developed, it has genuinely left me suicidal at times. I'm not being hyperbolic at all. Currently sat here with no clean clothes at all, unable to leave the house to buy basic shopping and take the dog out. The very minimum one could ask for in life unreachable thanks to you.
I would also like to add a shout out to who ever incorporated the endless, soul destroying beeping each and every appliance you make has. I live in a one bedroom flat and even my neighbours can hear it, going on and on and on. It also used to wake me up if I tried to use them at night at the end of it's cycle, when it had cycles, making them day time use only. I am disabled and no one needs this, we can feel when the machines stopped because the floors not shaking any more and the pouring of water onto the floor subsides. Get rid of it you. Not everyone has a giant house.

DON'T BUY THESE MACHINES
The washing performance is better than any other machine I've used, which is very impressive considering the greatly reduced water and detergent consumption. The programs take quite a bit longer than the top loader it replaced but I'm just fine with that, especially considering the vastly superior results and efficiency. There is no lack of work around the house to do while the programs finish; all I had to do was adjust my habits a little.
I've recommended the machine to family members who are considering replacing their own equipment.AAA+

I am simply not able to contact customer service. It seems a million people are calling them at the same time with me or no one is there to answer the call!
I bought a miele art upright vacuum with a HEPA filter 12 years ago. I have asthma and allergies and thought the HEPA might help my symptoms. I loved the vacuum and took good care of it... I know 12 years is a long time but the vacuum was really expensive! Now the bags have been discontinued and there is no replacement. The vacuum is now useless although it's still working well and I'm really upset about it.
Do Not Buy a MIele Product. I just bought a very expensive Miele Dishwasher, which was installed yesterday. It went through its first cycle and broke. Did Miele respond to my calls for service. NO! The installer came and threw the circuit breaker and tried a second cycle. The dishwasher broke. Where is Miele service despite repeated calls - no where. Will Miele respond to a consumer fraud suit. Maybe the threat of treble damages and attorneys fees will cause Miele to pay attention. The takeaway - do not buy a Miele product.
We bought a Miele dishwasher looking at the brand name. It broke soon after the warranty, just after 2 years.
We contacted their repair centre. They sent a man out 2 weeks after we payed money. Repair cost is almost similar to brand new dishwasher. The repair man told it was a faulty equipment to start with. They didn't re call them as not enough of them were faulty!
He said Miele will replace the faulty equipment free of charge within 2 weeks.
It was almost 5 weeks ago and we are still waiting for the available date for the replacement date.
So have been without a dishwasher for more than 3 months!!
$10,000 refrigerator broke down within a week.
We owned a Miele dishwasher in a previous house and we were pleased with how quiet and reliable it worked over the 7 years we lived there. When we needed to outfit our new house with appliances we went all out with Miele getting the dishwasher, fridge, washer & dryer. They had the 10 year warranty on all items. Despite the high cost we thought it a good deal seeing such confidence behind their reliability. Skip ahead 9 years and the fridge becomes unable to cool. 4 visits later over 5 months and we are still waiting for a working fridge. Warranty service is certainly not their strong area. Every step of the way has been waiting game for the part to arrive only to discover after installation that the problem persists. It seems they are waiting for the warranty period to expire so they can walk away. A couple of appointments were cancelled without notice or follow-up. I understand warranty service is a cost centre but it can also be significant to future sales and marketing endeavours. I was a raving fan, now I'm a gravely inconvenienced past customer who is only beginning his journey of communicating my awful warranty service experiences. Fool me once but not twice.
Ive owned two of these being in the cleaning business. I decided to dump all brands of vacuums and switch to Bissell. Way more powerful, better built, light weight and 75 percent less money. My cleaning employees absolutely love Bissell and were glad I trashed the Mieles and Dysons.

I purchased a Dryer 3.5 month ago and Washer 1.5 yr ago from your company- the most expensive ones.
When Washer was delivered ( 1.5 yr ago) , I was not provided with any original manuals and we were missing all 4 “Les piers a vis ( pour adjustment pour compenser inequalities du planter). With a model I purchase, please, see my file, these items should be in s kit that I was never given.
I called to your office and was told that these manuals will be shipped from Germany. I paid for the most expensive washer you have and expect original manuals, In English, to be provided with my purchase. It’s been 3 months ago. We didn’t get any of them. Missing piers a vis, I advised too and we didn’t get anything either.
I also purchased 2 pedestals for these 2 machines, you had back order and delivered me pedestals a month ago. Madame Rochon ( Who sold me a dryer and 2 pedestrian 3.5 months ago) kindly advised me that she will wave my 10 yrs warranty if I will not pay an extra fee of $125 x2 =$250 + tax for installations on pedestals these 2 machines, because they have to be installed by Miele technicians, on which I agreed. When pedestals were delivered, people were from the 3rd party company and they were not Miele certified installers, they were just drivers. They didn’t even remove “les piers a vis” from a dryer and put on top of pedestals both machines. The washer never turned on since, giving a sign and a dryer looked at least 10 sm higher than a washer.
I called your company, you contacted this 3rd party again, and other drivers came after 5 days!, removed “les piers a vis” from a dryer, not even checking not working washer, left machines in the middle of the room and left!! They refused to see a video from Miele on pedestal installations and answered:” They don’t install with videos or manuals, they just do how they FEEL”!!
Since then, I called your service at least 10 times, spoke with different agents, explained that the washer is broken, missing items, I don’t have manuals, and machines are not properly installed on a pedestals and left in a middle of a room. I was told Miele are trying to contact 1st, then 2nd then 3rd bosses, but for a month my mother was washing clothes by hands ( with your Miele soaps), which resolved to have a huge skin irritation, inflammation of her skin, causing severe eczema and we were at the emergency and then end up at the dermatology hospital department twice from last week. Now my mother is home for 3 weeks and taking cortisone and other medication to cure these inflammations. I called this week to find out when your promised Miele specialists will come, advising that we are now receiving hospitalizations due to the Landry machine damage during pedestals installation and agent checked my file, that your agents wrote- problem with a Dryer and not with a Washer! And this is after 10 phone calls and emails with pictures for 1 month!!!
Also, the agent told me that there are no Miele service technicians that are working in my area ( and I live in Downtown Montreal!!), finally, Miele Will ( after 1 month of doing NOTHING) send to another repair company to come and proper install pedestals and fix the washing machine. My question is- Why I was never told that Miele is not providing any repair services in the Montreal area before I purchased these top of your line machines with 10yrs warranty?!).
1st appointment with this 3rd party not Miele tech is after 2 weeks of the wait and wash by hands! In total 2 month of wait. I imagine what warranty I paid, I will have for another 10 yrs !!!
I am the owner of two Miele ovens and two Miele dishwashers. The second Miele dishwasher has been a horror story. I have spent more time waiting for it to get fixed than I have using it this past 14 months. Every time it breaks, it is a ten week adventure to get it fixed. Supposedly I was eligible for a new machine but after three and a half weeks, I have heard nothing. Nightmare! (Now nightmare over, at least temporarily.)
I received, after an extended period of time, a new Miele dishwasher. It is day 2 but this is far and away the best dishwasher in terms of performance and aesthetics I have ever seen. It cleaned the smutz off a dirty pot my wife put in as an experiment. I cannot guaranty the durability, but at this point, product performance is awesome. This, by the way, is a new line of Miele dishwashers.
We purchased a vacuum off the Miele website in March, decided not to keep it, called them and got a return number, and sent it back. They received it on 9 April. As of today, 19 October, we have not yet received our refund. This is after many, many calls and emails to Miele, a BBB complaint, and a dispute filed with the credit card company. Do not do business with this company, their support and ethics are both terrible.
