My experience was very bad. I bought a xiomi mi 5x in black and they sent me xiomi mi a1 in pink. and on top of it I'm late for more than a month and nobody contacted me. very bad service.

I paid extra for a silver delivery (12-20 working days) and received my phone after 25 business days. Not a word, sorry, or refund of my shipping costs!

I ordered a redmi note 5 and I asked a faster delivery option. Finally the phone arrived out of time, it lasted just the same time as a standard delivery. Besides the email assistance was good but slow.

I bought a mobile phone and I paid 6 euro in order to receive it in 2-3 weeks. After asking for the phone several times, I received it 2 months later. The phone was correct but I claimed that at least they gave me back de 6 euros (because if I knew the phone was arriving 2 months later I would not buy it - it was a birthday present -) and I received no answer. So, you can buy in this website if you don't care about time.

Shipment has not arrived yet. My order number is PKUHJDQIA.

The worst buy experience I had in recent years. First the shipping should be to 8 days, it took 45 for the items to arrive. Then went to customs, tried to contact them... Took 5 days to response. Nothing was made till today.
Don't buy here.

I haven't a good experience with that shop. I bought a smartphone with fast shipping (extra cost) and I didn't receive the product on time, two weeks delayed. Finally I had to ask for a full refund.

I rely like the concept behind this store, but that is as fare as i goes. its just a concept, they have a nice looking store, but nothing rely works, I tried to by a Xiaomi mi 8 because they had the 256 GB version but the visa transaction failed, so I tried from my PC at my work place, top of the line, but same problem. I am I patient man so i wrote to the them through there own order system, but got no reply. then i sent a mail to there support and got no reply on that one either. Now I am just glad that I did not succeed in buying the phone from them because if they don't have a support team you can kiss your 2 years warranty goodbye

Mobil didn't arrive ... and phone is not answering

It's been 2,5 weeks that I have ordered and I don't have any tracking number for my product. Delivery date is for today, I tried to call the customer support that didn't answer after 30 minutes waiting...

What a shame !! Avoid this website ....

I ordered a phone two months ago and I haven't received it yet! The smart phone was supposed to arrive one month after delivery, at the most, yet here i am still waiting for it to show up! I was led to believe that the product was going to be sent from European soil, but later i found out it was sent from China. So, now i have to pay additional fees for the customs office. Plus, their customer support is a joke! I had to send at list three e-mails before getting an answer, that didn't really solve anything! Stay away!!!!

Wish I had read the poor reviews here before buying.
False information re phone given by customer service,i.e. they say it has official global ROM when it hasn't been released yet. No reply to other query. No information re transport company, no tracking number. Says phone in stock in Spain but takes so long it's obviously sent from China.
I saw the Mi logo and thought it was some official outlet but should have read the small print. It has nothing to do with the company Xiaomi. Surprised they can get away with it.

WARNING!! This is not a serious company, and might be a downright scam! Just like all the other people who have left bad evaluations here, I ordered my phone almost two weeks ago... it was marked as "in stock" when I placed my order, it was supposed to arrive between 23-30 of may, i.e lastest by yesterday, and it's not only that I have not recieved my products in time... Just like everyone else here, I have not recieved any information of any kind.... I have tried calling numerous times, and never an answer, I have emailed -no answer. I have now filed a reclamation through my bank, and filed a complaint with the police...
