Best trial experience ever...

If the tech support in the trial is any indication of full version, we are sold! We are using the business trial of Mightycall to see if it meets our needs, and so far, it is an extremely pleasant experience. Every question or issue we had has been expertly supported by support chat. We will definitely be purchasing Mightycall for our business based solely on the speed/patience of the chat support for tech questions and issues! Very pleased.

MightyCall system have technical…

MightyCall system have technical limitations and do not support TCP, so I was not able to use Zoiper softphone. Tech support team blamed ISP and did nothing to help. No refund.
It is okay to deliver partial service, but customer have to be informed about it before purchase, that never happened with MightyCall.
Not recommended.

Setup, Installation, Issues

The application was easy to set up on my desktop computer. The installation and configuration settings were easy to follow.

I love their very quick response to online chat during normal business hours.

Ali was really helpful in setting up the API and also the sales and support team are always helpful and it is really easy to reach them unlike others where we have to wait for a long time to get in touch with the support team.

Very helpful support staff

Support staff was very helpful with some technical questions we had while evaluating the service. They had the answers we were looking for and providing a lot of useful information that ultimately helps us decide if it will work for us.
