We had a good experience overall and really enjoyed our motorhome trip. The vehicle did the job and allowed us to have a great time travelling.

However, I think it’s important to mention that the motorhomes are quite old and have very high kilometres. The technology could definitely use an upgrade, particularly the GPS and radio system, which felt outdated and was not very reliable or user-friendly.

The staff and overall experience were good, but newer vehicles and an updated GPS/radio system would make a big difference. Despite these points, we still enjoyed our trip and appreciated the experience.

First time on campervan and the campervan has what we need to survive. Some bed like the overheard compartment quite cold during winter and the aircon wont reach the area. Lucky we brought our own small heater blanket to keep the person sleeping at the bed warm.

Staffs are friendly when we pick up and return the campervan. It make the experience more pleasant since we are first time doing this camper trip!

Although picking up the campervan is a bit off city, but it is on the way where we want to travel out. So, it is fine.

The beds were far too small for an adult. When we returned it and mentioned the beds were a bit small, the attendants immediately said yes they are not suitable for anyone above 5’6 and even then, they wouldn’t sleep in them. It would have been helpful for them to tell us that BEFORE we took it. They could have even up-sold us something which could be slept in.
Otherwise the stereo audio was fairly disappointing when combined with the noisy cabin (no road trip podcasts).
The kettle had mould in it- easy to clean but better for it to be ready to go on pick up (no road trip cups of tea).

From pick up at the Melbourne office, with Gabbi doing a great job looking after me during the whole process... through to driving and sleeping in the campervan, it was all brilliant! Will not hesitate to book with this company again! Campervan was modern, clean and great to drive! Top notch service!

Booked a 4 berth motorbike to go with my three chukdren on holiday, the experience with mighty camper and the thl group wasn't most disappointing and negligence behalf of thl to provide the camper they have:
1. Constant water running out of the shower cabinets through the camper. During the period of having the camper we had to lay towels on the floor and wash them every second day by a laundry company. Leaks continue even the shower is not in use
2. Shower had severe cracks in the pan where there is substantial water loss.
3.fridge regularly (every 2ish hours) faults and needed reset. We had to dispose the food twice and leave the camp-site to find a grocery store 50km away.
4. While driving the car every 100km the Mercedes sprinter would display an emergency warning to stop the car immediately and recharge the battery.
This happened regularly on freeways and alpine roads.
The motor home provided by mightycamper had severe functional and safety issues and ith negligent to let a family with three children use their equipment.

The camper was functionally equipped; there was everything we needed.

Easy pickup. Personal Walk through was very inadequate. No video walk through available. Breakdown service was poor, not really 24/7 as advertised. Only 9-3 during business hours can you get any real help. . Replacement process took nearly 48 hours. Unacceptable. Drop off service was unorganized, hectic and long.

The office people took a while to turn then processed us then walked off for 10 minutes with out saying anything about what was happening.

Motorhome was old and had many issues including waste water problems that they couldn’t/wouldn’t fix on our trip. We had to divert to get repairs on awnings, waste water, fittings breaking

Sewrage smells throughout the motorhome resulted in us not being able to use the shower/toilet on our 5 week trip and we had to stop using the sink in the final few days

Van was great and ran completely fine, great option if you’re looking to rent one!

we rented a motorhome to drive from Melbourne to Sydney, everything worked smooth during pick up and return of the vehicle. We realized that the ignition from the stove / oven was not working and some windows were leaking during the rainy / stormy days. But overall it was a nice experience with good service from thl

This is our second time using Mighty Campers and once again they did not disappoint. Great service from start to finish . We will be back 👍🏻👍🏻

The van was dirty,
the third bed had a sagging mattress, the shower water did not drain due to dirt

Friendly, fast and efficient service. The camper we hired was immaculate with everything in excellent working order and very easy to use. The videos to view pre and during hire were fantastic and helped us feel confident and not overwhelmed by too much information. Highly recommend Mighty! Thanks for a wonderful holiday experience 😊.
